UPDATED REVIEW: I have to say the people at Gameball are very responsive and they got the problem I initially asked for (my original review is below) fixed, so this is now included! I have contacted them a few times and they have bent over backwards to be helpful and REALLY want your business to grow - thanks, Dania :-). ORIGINAL REVIEW: It has been working well, however I've had to disable it as it seems I can't exclude points from the Sale/Reduced items. Therefore, I'm regularly giving double discounts. Other loyalty point apps I've looked at have to ability to exclude discounted products and only include full price products from receiving points. I wish Gameball could do this. This is quite a big issue for me. Apart from that, it was working well.

We love the app, we are using it for more than six months now. It's perfect if you have a gaming store or anything else that falls in the hobbies niche. The app itself has really cool feature to reward the customers. It sometimes feels a bit unstable to use in the backend of Shopify, but I would overall give undoubtedly a 5 out of 5 stars. Thanks!

Superb support from Dania the whole time during the onboarding process. She was super prompt and helpful in answering all questions, providing solutions and suggestions when I ran into some issues. Overall, the interface is user-friendly enough and has a very decent offering compared to other more established players who are charging a crazy premium for almost similar features.
