Sadly the system inst working. I like the Tool in general but the Support is very Poor. Thes General System is nice in design but its not giving my Customers any Points when they order.... No Response and NO help with my problems.

We are switching over after seeing how much better Gameball is compared to a couple of the other apps we first used (Glow and Smile.io). The ability to do a dynamic code on the fly is a huge plus over those two apps meaning staff at the point of sale, and customers on the website, can generate a discount code using a sliding scale instead of a fixed amount preset by the store. You can still have preset amounts of course. The built in search feature seems more powerful than Glow's which has one of the worst search box query systems I've run across (it's extremely picky about formatting or and won't return results unless you spell things exactly correct for example). There appear to be more features than the others, though I haven't dove into those just yet. But I'm already impressed enough to convert us over to a full paid plan shortly. Exporting and importing customer accounts was a breeze.

love the easyness of set up for this app

I was looking for Loyalty programs and Gameball was just what we are looking for. They where very helpfull and respond quickly.

Dania is the only reason Im going out of my way to write a review because of the helpfulness and quickness to response she had!

Gameball was easy to set up, and has worked well for our customers! Any issues we've had have only been with a few loading areas in the admin, and support was efficient, responsive, friendly, and helpful. I'm glad we chose Gameball and we definitely plan to stick with them long-term! Highly recommended.

We’ve been looking for a great loyalty app and are so happy with the countless features that Gameball offers. It is really easy to set up and use and the variety of configuration options is impressive! It’s already fun to use the app as a merchant and we’re expecting even more positive feedback and results with the launch of this wonderful app from our customers as well. One thing we’d like to point out in particular is the support we have received which is out of this world in a very positive way. We have never experienced such an outstanding and helpful support with any other app or tool we’ve used. The response to inquiries through the support chat are pretty much instant and we always felt appreciated and understood. There is a lot of help especially for beginners that have just installed the app (like an onboarding call) but also all along the way until you’re ready to launch your program. A big thank you goes out to Dania from Gameball for the most professional and caring customer service ever provided. So, if you’re looking for a loyalty and rewards app, do yourself a favor and use Gameball! Update after using the app for about 10 months: Everything is still great and after using Gameball to relaunch our loyalty program our customers are loving it! We were able to substantially improve customer retention and repeat purchases as well as increase our AOV. Customer support continues to amaze us whenever we need them. A perfect 5 out of 5 stars and we'd give more if we could!

Very disappointed to leave this review. There is no way to customize the email to add or delete the default templates as well as the display and settings don't match and a few other minor issues that I have tried to contact customer service several times to ask for help. What drove me crazy was that the live chat dialog (please note that the live dialog does not allow for live conversations, only messages, and their customer service is very slow to respond) was automatically closed after customer service replied to check with a colleague to confirm the issue. I then repeated the above steps back and forth 5-6 times, during which time I had asked to be contacted by email and they stubbornly insisted on using the live dialog box which drove me very crazy. Then the trial was over and I wasn't able to do any personalization. While paying I can still try to use it for 7 days but it has taken all my patience.

Did a comparison of almost all available loyalty programme apps on Shopify and found this to have the most functions if one is on the Pro plan. Subscription fees are steep but well, there isn't anything else better. ;-) Customer support is brilliant. Quick and solution-oriented. Thanks!!

Lauren has been fabulous in answering all of my questions and really helping me understand the app and what will work best for my business. The app is very easy to get started with and there is definitely opportunity to increase sales with my customers as they start using the loyalty program more and more.

I'm loving this app so far. It was recommended to me by another merchant, and I was actually able to set it up in a day and get it rolling. We have yet to send out any kind of announcement about it and we've got way more people signed up than I anticipated. I also totally appreciated the onboarding call with Lauren - she was super super helpful, sincere, and attentive. I didn't feel like she was pushing anything on me but rather really listening to what I was hoping to get out of the program and letting me know what features were best for me. My subsequent conversation with Dania was just as helpful. I wish all programs and services had customer service like this! Looking forward to seeing where this program takes our business!!!

For me, an absolutely unrivaled loyalty program application. When I was choosing, I installed about 6-8 of them and none were nearly as sophisticated, but at the same time as nice in appearance as this one. What I really like about the widget is that you have the option to choose from predefined badges, challenges and levels, which you can also edit as needed or create new ones. It will help a lot and make the job easier. I also like the simple but really tasteful and minimalist overall look. I was actually surprised at how nice it all is. Especially the icons and pictograms are great. I'm really looking forward to finish and public my store. Loyalty program is something that I didn't have at my previous store and it was a big requirement for me to have it here on Shopify and it exceeded my expectations. I must also mention the splendid customer service, I communicate with Dania and I feel that I am receiving absolutely above-standard care. 10 stars out of 5 for me, I'm seriously absolutely thrilled :-)

Having tested a lot of Loyalty apps, this one is by far the best! Customisation is really easy. If you have several languages, it's possible to translate absolutely everything. Many thanks to the support team and to Ganna for her help. They solved all my problems and even made an update for a specific request I had. Many thanks to them!

I think this app is very useful and very nice. Assistance is immediate. There is also the free plan.

After 3 years with Bold Loyalty, we made a bold move to Gameball. We wanted a fresher design and a more dynamic loyalty program. Gameball not only matched Bold's price but also had a user-friendly interface, ensuring a smooth transition for our customers. The Backoffice is a breeze to configure and understand, and the widget design options are plentiful. The stats are presented beautifully and are easy to grasp. Creating simple or complex challenges to gamify the purchase process is a breeze too. Integration with apps like Judge.me is a game-changer, eliminating manual point attribution for reviews. If your loyalty app is listed, switching to Gameball is a piece of cake. Otherwise, just export/import a CSV. However, there are two minor issues with importing the customer database: - spent amounts: cannot be imported and is not 'read' by the app in Shopify for existing clients, only new clients will have the amount displayed. No drama, but not 'clean'. - bonus points. Nothing that will stop you to switch but it requires a bit of manual work if you are using Tiers Level with Bonus points (otherwise you will be all fine). You will have to deduce tier bonus points manually for each client so when you perform import, the current balance is correct. Nothing complicated to do but a bit of manual work that could be easily fixed by Gameball. We've informed Gameball, they are currently working on it, and once they fix these issues, we'll happily import our large databases from our CH and FR website. It's an app we love and highly recommend!

We are using Gamball for last one year, the app has a new automation process which is really good to grow customer engagement. It has quite flexible options which give us a broad logical action. We are happy with the customer service they provide and they tend to bring new features and are open to suggestions. I found Gameball after a very well research of different loyalty apps. It is a simple yet powerful tool for any business.

THIS APP IS DISASTER They creat something that they cannot change and they dont know how to change. I told them already my website is going to publish on 30th Mar, and they promised definitly will reslove it before the date, but until today I did not get any reply from them. Beside the customization of this app is poor, and the customer service never reply you promptly, I understand the time zone is different, but when you are online why are you still replying so slowly? because they are not prefessional, they dont know their app well, they dont know how they have builded this thing. :) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I just dont want to speak any more but your reply really pissed me off. You said you have got the confirmation from my side that the problem has been resolved? Who were you contacting? Can you show us the prove?I NEVER GET ANY REPLY FROM YOU! Such a LIAR
