Easy to use and great/quick support, even via live chat (dealt with ELLA). Hope it stays that way because it's definitely a must-have for international stores. Update: Still think the app is a must-have, although they are sometimes having server? issues. Anyhow, their support team is great

I had some issues with croatian translations. The Customer Service helped me and fixed the problem - even the problem was much bigger than we thought at the beginning Borya and Lilit worked hard an were able to help me at the end. I am very happy!

I've been using this for 4 days, so far I'm loving it! I had a minor issue with the ssl certification but Ella help me and solve my problem in less than 10 minutes. Now it's working perfectly, I also love that could copy the code and set it up at the footer. I have tried 5 other translate apps, this is so far the best. I've tried ALL translation apps, this is the only one that translated all texts from a third party editor (GemPages) even the dynamic ajax texts! Also one of few apps that translates the checkout page and allows editing. Support is superb Sergey is really helpful and solved the issue immediately. Thanks Sergey

I have used this app in the past and translations were quite good. I change to a different one as it was not translating the checkout page. However, I decided to use this app again and use a paid feature that translates the checkout page as well and enables to edit the translations manually. While configuring the app and the widget, customer support was excellent, I was having some issues and Borya was super helpful and patient.

This is by far the best translating app, not only does it work perfectly but it also has the best customer service. I needed help with an issue, and got help right away. Worst app I have experienced so far.. This might have caused Thousands of dollars in missing revenue I have launched a french campaign on the french market and spent money on a french influencer. Therefore, I was getting lots of traffic, lots of add-to-cart but o sales....someone recommended that I download the better-replay app and OMG. Ive been able to see what was the issue cause I was being able to see what my users were seeing : - Bugy translations - every elements on the cart page went totally nuts and keep moving all over the place like if the user's PC was being hacked live - All the prices increased from 19.97$ to 19997$ - the add-to-cart button keep switching constantly from english to french and couldn't make its mind AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS !

We use this app to translate our website from EN to FR (we're a Canadian gift company). Lilit was very helpful through the live chat to help us setting it all up.

Finally an affordable app that allows me to manually update translations but also does AI translations for all the pages I don't want to do manually. $18/month to translate unlimited words, unlimited page views, with subdomains for each language is a very good price. I had some trouble at the beginning due to a custom theme, but Ella, Ripa, Suzan, and Angela from the support team helped me get everything set up properly and fixing everything. The support team responds in minutes, I am very impressed. Excellent app!
