Very good experience. I have used several other apps to translate my store and I honestly believe this one is the best. I had an issue with translating the quick checkout button and currency selector and Sergey & Susanna helped me resolve it in a couple days which is pretty fast considering it involves some coding. Thanks

I used the app it is very useful to see how people interact with your site and helps improve on the user interface side and design as well as the web flow. Can you make it possible to edit the color of the drop down menu option.

After some tricky details that were fixed by the team within days (thanks Ella, Sergey) I managed to get my shop to work in an impressive number of languages, to 99.0%. I even could save the massive personalisation work I had done on my previous Wordpress/Woocommerce! RTL languages like Arabic or Hebrew are tricky in the Shopify themes, but we managed to navigate around this too.

The reason this gets only 2 stars are 2 main issues : 1. Way overpriced (when you think shopify costs $30 per month for a vry extensive system and platform) - this at the same cost after any useful addons are selected also at very close to $30 is a bit of a rip off - this is $350 per year... which once setup doesnt mean any work from them or any ongoing heavy use like complex software. The price should be around $10 per month (or $100 per year) with all options - that would be actually reasonable. 2. It translates all the urls into foreign language special characters - which is firstly useless and not relevant for google or seo (google sees non special characters exactly as the same and word are the same) and secondly a nightmare to copy and paste into other systems, share to others (looks ridiculous) and use as hyper links in extrenal links etc. Upon questioning them and suggesting this be changed by defauly - the response was clearly they are not bothered and i would have to manually edit 1500 pages of the site if i wanted to... The app overall works ok - but these 2 factors above make it both a rip off and frustrating to use. Oh and they have this strange system of pasting some extra code after a url of your site so you can edit that site - but dont make that obviously anywhere in the app or the app settings!! you have to go unting for this in some help page... crazy. The whole app has potential but needs much better people running it and using logic on its interface....

This is the worst translate app I have ever installed! Really hard to edit translations. Not user friendly dashboard.

A huge thanks to Borya,Ripa, Suzan, Lilit, Susie, Ella & Sergey who supported us through the whole trial period with any questions, concerns & rectifying mistakes. To have an entire website instantaneously translated is just incredible. The translations are of course very literal and need to be adapted / edited by us but to have the website instantly available & at least accessible to customers in their language is still amazing. The main online editor page is extremely user friendly, straightforward, & shows changes instantly on your webpage which is extremely satisfying. The URL translations have been a learning curve for an unexperienced person in this area but the online chat support here was outstanding. The online support was incredible, but the one thing we would of liked is to have more in depth beginner guidelines (e.g. a list of do's & dont's, url translations for dummies haha) & information to be able to understand how to make changes ourselves or how not to make the mistakes in the first place - especially when dealing with the delicate URL translations. Overall we are super happy to finally be on our way to having a perfectly translated website (with our continuing human translations/editing) and an SEO optimized site including the .de urls. We will be for sure continuing our subscription with Gtranslate.
