Best App for Language translatations! Great Customer Service received by Elen & Susanna, who helped me solve some domain-related issues.

The app works really nice, but the widget does not work with our theme, it is either on top of our currencies in the desktop version (to the right) where it works with our mobile version, and if we send it to the left it is on top of the mobile menu but it works on the desktop version. T

This app helps us solve the problem of website translation, and it can also allow Google to include multiple languages.ELEN is great. she helped me solve all the problems I encounter. I really appreciate their work!

I have downloaded more than one application to translate the control panel of the store, but the G application was the best

I really recommend this app, but I also need to mention this: I'm not a fan of the switch from regular to paying version. The translations in the free version were almost all good, except for one which was too bad to keep, so I went on to the paid version, and the translations were all completely different, because it's "neural translations". The fact is, I had to go through the entire website to fix all of the translation mistakes made by this, so I spent a whole day on this. There is room for improvement. Service is really quick when there's a problem, so that's good, and the interface for text change is great, too bad it's tainted by the small starting issue. I would still definitely recommend the app as stated.

This application allowed me to quickly translate my shop without having to do any manipulation. You can customize the appearance of the language button. The only hitch is in the phone version : the tab is annoying to navigate. I hope this will be fixed!

good app and good technical service, i did not kept it after the trial period cause i felt better with another app i was use to used...but it's worth a try if you have the time

Best translating app I found with reasonable prices. ELEN and ELLA are always patient and helping so much! ARSHAK helped me and customized my widget color and placement. He placed the widget exactly like I asked in each language version, and also a different placement in desktop and mobile views! totally awesome! I just wish there were yearly plans with shopify instead of only monthly plans.

So In thought this was Google Translate when I installed it... But it actually is even better and more intuitive! Very helpful and essential to any cross-border online store.
