Much prefer this account page to the default shopify. Also responsive support for changes or fixes.

Really good app that takes a fairly useless login page and turns it into something that gives customers all the information they could need. We recently updated the theme to Duo - Barghav and Ankit were both super helpful and the process was very smooth. Great app with great support. Well worth the small cost.

Very nice app, I use this app for customer dashboard. The dashboard has a very good easy UI / UX. And their customer support and the rest of the developer team are very helpful.

Great customer service. I used Flits with the integration of Return Prime to take care of my account pages and returns. The flits team added the return prime button for me in less than a business day. Highly recommend!

Unbelievable app and customer service! My account page was blah and uninventive and using Flits turned it into something I would love to use as a customer. It has features/options I didn't even consider an account page should have. Interface The interface is easy to use and super clear while still giving you a good deal of control. Customer service The customer service has been incredible. I know I'm probably super annoying cause I have a lot fo questions and they've been there every step of the way lol Amazing!! Cost There's no risk to try this app but if you like it, it's also very afforable when compared to other options.

I recently had an issue that needed to be resolved quickly, and I was pleasantly surprised by how efficient and helpful the team was. They fixed the problem really fast and responded to my inquiries almost instantly. I couldn't believe how quickly they were able to get everything sorted out. I have found many other apps to be difficult to use because of the foreign specifications of the address, but this one has the best customer support. I highly recommend this app.

Mobile layout is shifted off screen, custom color scheme is incorrect on some tabs, very little customizability, for example disabling the Good Morning! message or the clock. It's an account page, it doesn't need a clock. I don't know how this has such good reviews.

I just installed this FLITS app last week. I have always been looking for a more professional looking customer account page where customers could have access to all of their information in one spot. The professional look of the account page on this app is great. I was able to add links to pages with customer support information that has been really helpful and customize the look and feel the way I wanted to help increase the look and feel of our brand. I had to reach out to customer service for a couple of things that I wanted setup a certain way and the customer service was prompt, responsive and very helpful. I wish they had integrations already built with a couple of other apps I already use but hopefully that will come on their roadmap sometime in the near future. If you are looking for a better alternative to the basic Shopify account page, I would definitely recommend this app for you to try out.
