Great app, speacially for us, we carry several brands and 100´s of products, dozens of categories, this app help us to create upsells, cart recovery and many more due to the flexibiliity of how you can create ad sets with flexify.

They helped categorise my products to get the best out of them and update my product feeds. Good customer support too

I used the app, I could not use it for google custom ads. In Facebook I saw many products that were with out of stock status despite they were in stock. The price is absurdly high for shops with many products. It is easy to work with, but not many features compared to apps in other platforms and very expensive for what it can do. So not good for dropshipping business with many products.

Easy to install with video instructions - was ablate sort out my FB catalogues issues straight away. Great support.

The product works well and does what it says it will do. The issue to be careful of is not so much the product, however that going into using this, you still need to understand what it can and can't address. Remarketing and the broken standards between Facebook and Shopify and Google aren't magically solved by using different feed apps. They can help tremendously - though you will still need a broad understanding of what is needed and what the various limitations are to ensure success. Highly suggest also looking into support from digital marketing experts as well to fully scope out the challenges ahead and what can and can't be done to integrate the many systems and platforms out there.

I reached out to this app with concerns about products generating in my IG feed. The customer service was quick, thorough, and very helpful! My problem has been solved.

Easy to use, and accomplished what I needed with minimal effort. Great to not have to manually keep our feed updated.

Flexify is an easy to use data feed generator for FB catalog. It's main advantages over the free options are generous free option, reliability as well as the collection & product set sync (just introduced) features. Additionally, they have a responsive and professional support team that has helped us with several inquires in a timely manner. Highly recommended!

Was hesitant at first due to a recent comment stating that the team was not responsive. I eventually went with Flexify and haven't turned back. It's extremely easy to use- there's heaps of documentation out there to help you build your first feed. Also, the Flexify team is also very responsive and super helpful. Keep up the awesome work!

NOT RESPONSIVE AT ALL. Had an urgent issue with our product feed and they did not even bother replying! It has already been 2 days!

I had been paying for this app for over a year and it was not been working properly because I hadn't set it up properly. The instructions weren't clear and as a result, I missed steps. I have heard from others who use this app that it works well, but make sure you are setting it up correctly and follow all of the instructions. And double-check it is installed correctly! Just because you "enable" something, does not mean it doesn't require further steps.

Been using Flexify for a few years to sync products to FB. Works good. Scheduled syncs are convenient. Good customer service.

I already had a connection with my Facebook store, but I wanted to improve it. By installing this application, my Facebook store was completely destroyed.

Great customer support. The new superfeed works much better than the old one. Highly recommend switching so that you have more accurate data.
