Did a ton of research to find the best app for me, and this is it. Has performed perfectly! I use for site reviews primarily.

Fera is a great app it increases your conversion rate and it can also give discounts to the old customers if they write a review, Our sales have increased exceptionally after installing Fera. I installed many reviews apps but found fera to be the no.1 app that can increase sales and drive customers.

Very pleased with the App and the team – particularly, the customer service and response times have been outstanding. The App is working exactly as we need and we have been able to style all aspects to seamlessly tie in to our brand.

This app has been great to validate our products. Its resulted in over 900 5-Star Reviews since we launched a few months ago. Only request would be that negative illegitimate reviews could be declined without notifying client. It leads to escalation on other review platforms so moderation is limiting.
