New to the app but loving the simplicity and ease and customizable features! So far, does everything I need it to do for a small business!

Really Easy to set up and a year free trial! So far, this app has been nothing short of fantastic! Everything works and displays as should so far. Once i've used the app for a few more months I will come back and update this if anything changes but if it stays as it has, I will continue with them for the foreseeable future!

What an amazing app. It has a great look and function. Customization is quick and simple. So much better than the other review apps I tried.

For some reason i have problems setting up the reviews. But they can always help. And once on, everything works perfect!

I like this app for automating emails, but I wish the location of the automatic codes was clearer, I'm not able to find it

It works pretty good! However I wish there were more design options as I find the layouts provided lacking a bit of elegance/professionalism.

The app has a great UI and is very straightforward to use. Integrates nicely with website and looking forward to integrating with other 3rd party apps once we onboard (eg: Klaviyo for marketing automation)

Customer service is very helpful and responds quickly. I have had a few issues with the app itself when updating my theme but customer service always helps me get it back right.

Simple and functional review app. So far so good, can't complain. Shouldn't be asking for a review immediately but understandable

I appreciate how easy it is and it shows up on the website looking professional. I only wish there were a widget that integrated rewards after a customer writes a review because I want to incentivize my customers to write more.

I tried several review apps before and wasn't happy with them. Fera is the first I used that I'm super happy with. Very easy-to-use both on customer side and on seller side. Had all the features I needed (currently using the free version which allows only one widget: I chose the reviews widget). Great UI/UX, easily implemented within the site style - so it looks as a part of it - aesthetically, which was very important to me as a fine jewelry designer. I've added the reviews within the product page - and they fit in so nicely - check it out on: noasharon.com Very good customer support when needed, and a superb experiment for me as an online creator & merchant. Highly recommended! >> had to come back change it to 4 stars b/c they reached with an offer (that was sent with NO expiration date) and when I reached back to redeem, about 2 weeks later they replied that the offer is no longer available. I find this very unprofessional.

I like this app i am basically in control of what shows but i really like this app, you should try it

I love how it displays reviews to potential customer on my website, I also like how I can approve of decline reviews.

I love this app cause it helps me with sales and gaining new customers. I would love it more if u had more customers and sales on a more daily basis. I will continue to use this platform until I see progress and more.

Great service from Holden, when I couldn't get the widget to display where I wanted it on my website, he went to great lengths to get it to display correctly for me. Apart from this technical hitch, I find the app really great so far! Thank you

The interface is functional and pretty simple, so it is easy to use. The team is very fast to react to my questions.

I've had this app for about a year & it's great! If anything is ever amiss (which is rare) their customer service team fixes it right away. Highly recommend.

The app does as advertised and is relatively straight forward to use. Could use better customisation options for formatting.

Use this app for a mix of its reviews and widgets. The support team is quick to act and jump in and help with no issues. So far so good!
