Pretty happy with adding this to my site. Reviews have increased. Love the email automation to remind customers.

So far, this app has been very easy to use and set up. It has a lot of nice features. I wish it had more customizability with their email templates. Other than that it's been great and so is their customer service. I strongly believe reviews are one of the most important things you can add to build trust with potential customers and increase sales.

Great app really enjoying it and the price is minimal for what the app does and with all the features. Definitely would recommend to any other business, to try the application.

I like the functionality of the app, but I had an initial issue where my the offers on my one-time review requests were being replaced by a different offer. I noticed this after I press save. So I recommend checking more than once before those are sent out. I also found the set up of the review widgets a bit confusing, but support was able to help me sort both of these issue out and it looks really nice on the website.

It is so far the best review app for Shopify, I have 2 stores and I can synchronize them. Which is also great is the fast integration and the variety of choices including review request emails.
