Really cool and easy way of importing ETSY reviews

I've been using the free Fera plan for a while now on my site https://inspiredspark.com.au/ and am super happy with the funtionality. Their chat support is exceptional and there whern you need it.

Excellent translation capabilities for non-English stores. Customer support is fast & very helpful. On the free plan, the number of automatic review requests is low at 10. Other than that, an excellent app.

I've tried another review app, and decided to opt for Fera because it has everything that I need. I also got a great support from the app!

Fera product review app, is a really excellent tool, extremely easy to use and operate, adds immediate value to any store or website.

Easy to use, great app

The app has developed into rather unfortunate direction. First of all, they put their logo everywhere. Secondly, it's hard to manage the reviews, you have to approve or disapprove and can't just delete the review or unpublish them. And the most important factor is the cost: it is too expensive for what it is. Compared to other aps that offer more functionality, better design and easier handling for free or for much much less, I see absolutely no reason in using fera app for shopify.

Very useful app that I would recommend to all Shopify users. Easy set up and great customer support.

Fera was easy to set up and I started getting reviews right away. I needed help installing a widget to my front page and an agent was available in less than a minute to walk me through it.

It works great just wish it had more than 10 automatic emails for the free plan. The next tier is pretty expensive but I might be willing to pay for a paid plan if it cost a little less.

I'm not sure what happened because I had been using this app for a few years. It seems they had a rebranding of some sorts. Everything looks different plus all of the reviews I had have been deleted. I won't be using this app anymore and I cannot and will not recommend this app to anyone moving forward.
