app link shopify to business facebook with NO HUMAN support. I can NOT LINK shopify to facebook store to buy ads, but I can BUY ADS on facebook to shopify? I get banned ads for some items in 2020, but can sell that same item on amazon and today 2022 already, so I login and see SEE DATA from 2020 TWO YEARS AGO

App is great when it works. However, for some reason, the Facebook app has disconnected my site and will not let me reconnect my account. Even though I type in my password and it directs to Facebook, it still says to reconnect. I can still see my shop with products on my FB/IG pages but I cannot utilize any of the functions to create ads with the products. I need assistance, please.

I have used this APP for 1 year and now it does not allow facebook checkout on desktop or mobile. The payment methods were changed to use Facebook and Instagram checkout, however it does not. It stop working in January after we enabled Shopify Balance Account. We have delete the app from shopfy, re-onboard several time and the issue remained. We even deactivated and deleted the facebook store commerce account and its the same. Shopify and Facebook both have failed in finding a resolution and continue to point the finger at each other instead of coming together to provide a solution.

The program disconnected me every few weeks for months and then disconnected me and would not let me reconnect my account. I deleted the app and then tried to reinstall it and Im getting an error that I cant install the app.

Been on this constant circle or errors or could not connect to Instragram account. Go through all the setup in Facebook Commerce manager, and then try to setup and never does.. It creates product catalogs that are not fully setup, and unable to go back and modify. Facebook help is not there at all.. Spent days trying to uninstall, reinstall, starting from square one over and over, to simply not get any help..

I installed app ok, but pixel helper doesn't see pixel installed on my website...also in event manager show no activity. What is wrong with this app ?

There is ZERO customer support on the Facebook end. I can appreciate that Shopify is at least trying to help, but after months of trying, I am still not able to connect my Shopify store with FB because of a request from years ago to connect my Etsy shop. Even though I no longer have my Etsy shop connected anywhere on within FB's black hole of a backend they call the Commerce Manager. They are monopolizing a service they cannot even support. It's total BS. I'm giving up on trying to connect FB and Insta, sorry Shopify... I really like you guys and would prefer to route my social media to my Shopify store, but FB is making the connection impossible to move forward with.

I received multiple orders in which the customers used Facebook to complete checkout. For these orders, I am receiving a message in shopify saying the order is on hold and I need to fulfill it via Facebook Commerce manager. Commerce manager says the order is on hold and I need to fulfill it in Shopify. It's a real mess and it is causing major frustration and wasted time. Not to mention, am I ever going to get paid for these orders? Seems no one at FB or Shopify has any answers. Looks like this problem has been going on for quite a while. Facebook won't publish my store on my business page because of one funny meme I posted back in October '21. Apparently it went against their 'community standards'. In the five years I have been running my page, this is the first 'violation' I've ever had but this is staying on my page until October 2022. Absolutely disgusted with this decision. They stood by it even after I appealed. Therefore this app is utterly useless.

Absolutely Terrible, and here's the exact problem they need to solve. 1. Pixel + CAPI are supposed to work but you can't confirm, They won't let you insert Test ID. This means if there's something wrong, You'll know it after days. 2. Feed requires a lot of improvement 3. Let user select shop feed they want to set instead of pushing default shopify feed. 4. Pixel - Let user create custom events from specific buttons (Wishlist / Remove Cart / Subscribe etc) 5. Remove Advertisement from app as it's more of a problem then a solution. Why? Because it shows only 1% of available options and you'd never know what you missed. 6. I received many issues with CAPI and there's no way to know who's responsible. Facebook? Meta? Shopify? Shopify App? Me? You? Everyone? Well, That was it! I am feeling like I should be paying rather than waiting them to destroy my business.

I removed the app. The added fee for selling on Facebook just does not make it worth it. No customer support. Randomly rejects some of my design under the sex trafficking excuse. I am not sex traffic. I am an artist and a designer. Ridiculous.

Good app, does exactly what I need. Nice and simple, nothing to complain about it. Would definitely use it long term.

If I could give Facebook a zero or negative number I would. I know it won't matter to them what is said here but this has to be conveyed. They awarded me a $400 ad credit for my Shopify store. Thought wow, that's really cool. Started to use it, and was $6 into it, when they suspended my Facebook account. But that's just the beginning. While under suspension (and not able to access my account) they decided to remove the ad credit. But not only did they remove the credit, but they also charged me $75 and $164.84. Of course, support won't answer any requests. That's Facebook, the King of being the worst customer service. Called my bank to see what could be done and the only thing I could do was replace the card I had given them (and many others online to pay for things). That was the only way to stop future charges from being assessed. I will NEVER use Facebook again. Not that they care but talk about UNETHICAL business practices. Facebook is the KING of them. Absolutely the worst app!

App funktioniert, aber es können keine Kampagne erstellt werden. Ich werde zu FB verwiesen, aber die können nichts machen, da die App schuld ist. Naja, super Support würde ich sagen. Auf FB schieben und selbst den Fehler verursachen, denn manuell kann ich Kampagnen erstellen. Wofür benötige ich dann die App? Achja, Instagram Verbindung funktioniert bis heute nicht

This app is terrible. None of my inventory is accurate and I always have errors. Would not recommend

Simply Frustrating Trying to run a Facebook Audience building add but repeatedly getting this message since last 25 days. I quote " There is 1 error with this activity: A problem with Facebook prevented your activity from being published. Try to republish in a few minutes" Did spend end number of hours to figure out the problem but absolutely clue less. It does not mention any specific problem to resolve. Tried to republish probably 100 times. but same result

After reading a bunch of reviews and each one saying that they can't get it to work, I will be deleting this app from my store. Maybe one day they will get it fixed.

Very frustrating because I simply cannot get the Pixel to connect properly to my Shopify. It's impossible to get in touch with Facebook support, so nobody can tell me what the problem is. Have spent an enourmous amount of time trying to find the error, but it's just not firing. Therefore useless.

Im giving three stars becuase I can not get in touch with someone from Facebook and it is near impossible to get a response. I am really curious on the payments side of things with Facebook as the app is telling me I have to sign up with PayPal in order for my products to keep showing up through the app. On the other hand, the app is awesome and works great for small Businesses. The Marketing and everything else about it is a 4.8 out of 5. If I could just have someone reach out to me in regards to getting the payments figured out, that would be awesome.

I have been trying to contact someone for 10 days on both facebook support and shopify and like the reviews before mine, I am having an issue with shopify syncing with my facebook shops. Orders are not syncing tracking numbers and I can not capture payments. Its frustrating enough that I am not able to make more sales because I can not capture payments, I am hoping someone from Shopify or facebook can resolve this, if they can then it would be an amazing tool, and channel, but if you cant even sync your orders with tracking numbers or capture payments, then why would one want to go into business. I am already at loss because my payments cant be captured.

Our account got banned for life from Facebook after using this app. I even spoke to Facebook on the phone and they said too bad. Would not recommend this or Facebook advertising to anyone. How do you ban a fabric company for policy violations? Did the floral quilt offend someone? Anyways they just banned a 7 figure account and they don't care whatsoever. I am seeing a pattern with the Shopify apps that are built with the actual companies, they cause nothing but problems for the businesses. Moving forward we will be sticking with 3rd party apps, at least they care.
