Can't be installed, being stuck on connecting business assets - surely a big problem. Please fix this asap

Hello I've been trying to set up Facebook Pixel since yesterday but without success with we kept saying Sorry, something went wrong. We're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can. and when I try to set it up via the sales channel, many options are not available at all, please help

I've just spent the last few hours going round in circles, trying to connect my Instagram account so I can tag my products and I keep getting the same "Sorry, something went wrong" can your help to solve this problem please?

Ik heb alles geprobeerd om een shopify winkel te koppelen aan mijn facebook business pagina maar niets lijkt te werken. Ik krijg net zoals vele anderen foutmeldingen, meldingen dat de shop onder controle staat en dat je nog enige tijd dient te wachten. Maar dit duurt nu toch al weken en niks verandert. Totaal niet tevreden dus over de werking momenteel.

None of my scheduled marketing post are working! and I didn't know until recently. This is hurting my business please help resolve. I have used this for a long time and it usually works but I do not know what has happened.

Error message after error message. Instructions that don't work. A new support staff member responds each time so there's zero ownership of actually helping you solve the issue. I just don't think Shopify integrations work, but they look shiny and fairly easy to use from the outside. Once you try to implement anything it takes weeks if not months to resolve.

I've spent hours installing, uninstalling, clearing cache and looking why when trying to install the facebook app it tells me all the time "An error has occurred" Close and open the browser. It is impossible to install it when I had it installed for a long time. What's going on? To what is due?

I have spent the last 48 hours trying to install the Facebook pixel on my shop (without success). I thought the problem was mine, but looking at the comments, I see that many people have the same problem. I am wasting a lot of time with this problem, and potentially money. I contacted Facebook, they sent me to Shopify, and I see in the comments that Shopify is implying that the problem is with Facebook. The quality of service is really awful.

Right after we installed the app, we get the following error "Sorry, something went wrong". I talked to support and they got the same error. We've installed and uninstalled and still can get the app to work. We are waiting for the support for 4 days now. Kindly help us to launch on time!

There is no option of facebook when i create a campaign. Please suggest what should i do. Is it bug or another issue?

TERRIBLE- DO NOT USE!!!!!!!! I HAVE BEEN HACKED AND SOMEONE RACKED UP 1500 ON MY ADS ACCOUNT!! NOONE CAN HELP ME. I HAVE HAD TO SHUT OFF EERY SINGLE CARD I OWN, ALL MY ACCOUNTS HAVE HAD TO BE FROZEN. MY LIFE LITERALLY JUST FLIPPED ALL BC FACEBOOK!!!!!!!!!!!

I tried to activate it but it's loading endlessly on Chrome and on Safari I wasn't able to accept cookie. What's going on with the app? - Continuation. Support team has provided follow up instruction which helped to install the app. Issue resolved. Anyway, it's not the best user experience, when me personally have to write a review, talk to support chat, wait for an answer.. Hope it makes sense

Worst service ever, tried to talk so many times with the shopify support, all times were unusable... spent all day trying to connect my store with facebook SEEEMS IMPOSSIBLE and support team talks to you like is your own problem, please solve this NOW, we re paying for a service that u re not providing, im thinking seriously to leave you..

I cannot get this app setup in order to sync my Facebook and Instagram. I have installed the app, but when I go to open the sales channel, I get an error that reads "Sorry, something went wrong". Please fix this issue asap, it is effecting my ability to make sales and integrate my products.

If I could give less stars, I would. This app was previously the most powerful tool that Shopify had to offer and connected our best sales channels to our website. Now? The app is completely useless and reflects poorly on Shopify as a company. I have spent hours talking to Facebook Support trying to see if it is an issue on their end, but after much review- it is clearly a Shopify Issue. If I were Shopify or owned Shopify Shares, I would feel extremely embarrassed for offering such a dysfunctional piece of software and claiming that we can "offer a smooth shopping experience" when that couldn't be more untrue.

Same problem here: Every time I attempt to use the Facebook app it shows an error message. I am unable to update my store catalog on Facebook & Instagram. This is frustrating because I cannot tag products in my photos & I am losing potential sales. Please fix this soon!

Facebook is the worst company ever. Don't use them. They restrict commerce accounts without no reason.

Not good. extremely difficult to manage, I wish we could start over, way too complicated once you are in deep
