Horrible, if one does not pay for Ad then facebook will not allow others to see the page of what you are selling and you will not be able to sell on facebook, the Facebook Ad are a scam they charge you too much and when one sees in Shopify the analytics you will realize that facebook is scamming one since they are not the same as facebook charges you, for example facebook charges you for 10 visits that made to your page and when one sees in Shopify only visited 5 people , Facebook stole you money

Facebook has continued to delete my business from the app without providing me with details so that fake bots have now taken over my business account using my followers data to harrass them!

Items are saying they are visible in Shopify, FB and IG, they do not show on either of the profile. And they are active.

Spent about 10 hours over the phone so far trying to get my products to sync. First/initial setup was OK I was able to sync about 75% of our products, some were missing, then I realised newly added products were not syncing... so I tried to fix this issue and has been ongoing for weeks and taking up a huge amount of time. You'd think the official FB app would be working ok for the most part but i've had nothing but issues. Also despite doing multiple screenshares, emails, sending screenshots and more... they are still unable to fix this issue. Now I have products "stuck" on FB that I cannot delete (many 1000s) because you can only do it within this app and the app after reinstalling it in an attempt to fix is syncing a total of 0 products this time around... which means that we are STILL trying to find workarounds. Going to try another app and see if I can resolve this. But even if Meta do manage to resolve my issues, I am 100% not satisfied with the overall experience and time waste i've had to incur because of this app not working properly from the get-go. This has caused me some levels of stress and unhappiness - naturally as no one likes their time wasted!

I am having nothing but problems using the direct integration feature that is supposed to directly connect my Shopify store to my Facebook and Instagram. Although the items are saying they are visible in Shopify, FB and Insta, they do not show on either of the profile. And they are active.

What a pile of garbage. I just wanted to get my products over onto Instagram. To do this, I needed to create a Facebook account. I'm not on Facebook. I deleted my account 2 years ago. So, I created a new account for the purpose of pulling data to Instagram. Within minutes my account is suspended. I appeal the decision and I hear back after 24 hours that the suspension is permanent. Great. This was after I created a page for my business and created a username for it. So after this, I try again. Create a new account, create a new business page on Facebook but can't use the same username as someone already uses it (me!!). And, as soon as I try and get it linking to Shopify, bang. Account suspended. Now pending review again but not holding my breath. The most overly complicated, unstable system on the planet. I wont be trying a third time.

Hello! What is happening with the Facebook & Instagram application? I can't escape this error anymore! I logged in from various devices, browsers, incognito, but the error still persists. Please do something!!! I'm wasting time that I can't buy or give back...I'm not god. I uninstalled the application, and at the end I still get this message: ''Something went wrong Something went wrong. Please try again'' When I submit for review shop, I receive the error mentioned above. Meta Business says that my store complies with the Meta terms and conditions. I do NOT understand why it worked until now, and now suddenly it doesn't work anymore. Why does something so simple have to be complicated?

It has said my shops are active but I have never seen them on either fb or ig. Where are they? It's been months!!!! Uninstalling NOW! BYE!

If I could leave a 0 or a -5 star review I would. Dealing with Facebook is the worst customer experience I have ever had. They don't care about small business. If you have a difficult issue - which they cereate because of their stupid system and robots, they will pass you from pillar to post like a ping pong. It is unbelievable how bad their service is. None of the teams want to take responsibility for helping the ''customer'', they just keep passing . Don't believe them when they say they are here to help. They are not!!

As others already confirmed. No chance to get your facebook shop connected with Shopify. Always the same error message that the link is not valid anymore. After reading the negative reviews I stopped trying.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. Have not been working for months, I have tried to solve it by myself and paid other people as well, but the problem hasn't been solved. I have communicated with support from both Meta & Shopify and they just put the ownership of solving the problem to the other. Shop connections are not working at all. The only thing which did work is the pixel, but who cares really... Currently, even the connect account button is not working so it is totally worthless, as I cannot even raise a support ticket after they closed the previous one because they said Shopify needs to fix it. Not to mention 50% of the people I spoke to (Support) were asking me to do the same thing over and over again as if I am an idiot. Very low quality of overall service, core functionality not working.

Total Waste of my already busy day. Tried to connent 5 times installed, uninstalled reinstalled back and forth between my meta fb account and my store, thought it was my device, tried my mobile, desktop, tablet but nothing and I still wasnt able to connect my store to fb business account. So don't waste your time.

Very annoying interface and doesnt auto archive when items are out of stock so when you try to open other business accounts you get to click through one at to archive them because facebook doesn't view your account in "good standing". They need to clean this interface so bad, everything is beyond clunky.

This was a waste of my time. So hard to use and syncing did nothing. None of my product synced over.

Store stays in review. My products were tagged just fine on Insta and then bam.....store unavailable & I can fix the issue.

Does nothing but load. Says the shop is set up but I can’t access it. Contacted fb for help. Still nothin. Waste of time

Einrichten ging einfach und schnell - Geld für eine Ad Schaltung bezahlt - aber das grosse Zucker-Finale kam, mir wurde gleich das FACEBOOK Konto G E S P E R R T - toller Einstieg, für mich nicht besonders vertrauenserweckend, nachdem man alle Daten eingegeben hat.

terrible add on the app doesn't allow me to connect or allow me to active my shop and has been stuck in review for about a month now SCAM!! WOULD GIVE IT A ZERO BUT DOESNT LET YOU

Absolut zum kotzen, FB Werbeanzeigenmanager ist eine Katastrophe und Shopify will mir immer nur "Facebook" Shops andrehen anstatt sinnvolle Einstellungen an zu bieten.
