I am using Official Meta App. It is so slow and doesn't respond system. 2. After so much effect, it connects my personal Facebook profile and says the account is restricted. All systems are automatic, So what should I do?

Meta support was friendly - but that is the only thing going for it. I've been going back and forth with Meta support for the last two weeks trying get all of my products (62 total) that are approved, synced, and visible on Meta commerce catalog and Meta store previews to actually display on the live Facebook/Instagram shops. The most I've seen displayed were 8. They continually ignored information that actually seemed worth investigating (Such as: Instagram would automatically tag a product—that wasn't visible in the Instagram shop, but was synced and approved—if I posted an image that was similar to product image. From that point on, that product would be visible in the shop. Also if someone purchased a product through Shopify, and the product wasn't visible in Meta shops, after the Shopify purchase, the product would show in Meta shops also). They continually told me fix products with issues that would prevent them from being on the store. One product issue is being out of stock, but it is actually out of stock). Another was a coming soon/not available for purchase item that had been removed from their sales channel. I've cleared cache, cookies, tried different devices, different browsers, had others try in different cities. All had the same result.

Im just going to echo what everyone else has said. The service is horrible and the app works "sometimes". What I mean by that is this... It worked when I tried to connect my main FB account to the app. However, it won't let you disconnect without uninstalling the app. Also, if I try to connect another FB ad account to the app, I simply get an error message like so: https://prnt.sc/WjPVxG90bTLT. When reaching out to support, they tried to troubleshoot the FB page, which had nothing to do with the issue. They obviously have no clue how to handle this.

If you have a problem - no one is answering. nothing is working. Everything is super complicated. You get automatic customer service msg and that's it. trouble shooting leads you nowhere. They can suspend your account or block it without an explanation I did try to talk to customer service several times, really, but I got nothing.

Absolute dog water. All of my products have been approved to sell through the FB and IG sales channel for over a year now. I never had an issue tagging my products before. Recently, when I tag my products, which have been approved and are currently listed as approved, in posts the tag gets removed saying I've violated meta's policies. I've read the policies and I haven't violated anything. I sell skincare products. I submit for review and never hear back. There is no explanation as to which policies I have "violated". I've tried uninstalling the sales channel and reinstalling it, if that doesn't fix the issue then I'm removing Meta/IG shop from by business instagram and just directing people to my website. I'm not going back and forth with customer support or any of that nonsense. It's not a good use of my time. I have a website I'd prefer for people to use anyway so if this reinstallation doesn't work I'm done with this rigamarool.

Garbage! I accidentally signed in on a personal account and cannot have it removed so I can’t do in app shopping

The worst Support team I've ever been in contact with. They all ask the same stuff, never read what your actual Query is, all they know how to do is to tell you "Send a Screencast, send your email and number" they make you repeat your Issue OVER AND OVER , then they connect you to a different operator each time, so again you'll REPEAT your Query, only for them to give you NO SOLUTION. I contact them 5+ times for a simple issue.

Stay away lol Meta will not support you as a seller, even if you are a long term customer, you will not receive ANY support and can be banned without a moment's notice with a very vague explanation. Happened to me and countless others. Google Meta banning / permanently restricting ad accounts.

This has been a complete NIGHTMARE. My personal account was hacked and I have lost administrative permissions and now my FB and Instagram shops through Shopify have been blocked. I am losing sales every day because there is no way to reach FB - there is no access to a human being who can help. I have tried to open a new account in my business name and now they claim I am mis-using the platform by using a different name (my business name). I will have to disconnect my Shopify FB and Instagram shops if this can't be resolved. It is the most infuriating thing. I highly recommend insisting that Meta provide access to a human who can help and not just block people who have been hacked. Please f please find a way to help us small business owners. I know I am not the only person who has experienced this. Thank you.

I'm a bit puzzled why Ads accounts seem to get banned or restricted so often. Our online shop sells clothes and accessories for women, men, and kids, and unfortunately, our ads account got restricted or banned. We've been struggling to find a solution for this and it's quite challenging. It's disappointing to say that we haven't received the proper support we were hoping for from Facebook, and it would be wonderful to have live chat support to help us clear such restrictions. Can you please assist us?

The most buggy sales channel you can imagine. Items continually get rejected for many various incorrect reasons. Contacting FB support does nothing beside adds additional layers of frustration with no real help. Support has zero common sense. As soon as an issue gets corrected the same item get rejected several days or hours later... It amazing how wonderful these channels are about collecting data and integrating into your checkout seamlessly but the actual real user experience for those using the channel, is a joke. All development energy was solely put into integrating into processing transactions so facebook can collect a fee and no energy was put into these automated product checks that cannot understand the actual meaning of words used in a sentence.

if i could give this a zero star I would! Facebook and shopify need to do better!!!! You can't even connect your account to this mess without any options or support to why you should really delete this crap off the platform in its entirety smh

Not sure why most of the time Ads accounts are getting banned or restricted. We are clothes and accessory seller for women, men and kids still our ads account got restircted or banned and we are not getting any solution.Removal of restriction is very difficult and no proper support from FB. There is no Live chat support from FB who can help customer to clear such restriction or banns. thanks FB to provide live chart support since we are not expert in FB..............THANKS

Hello, could you please check what happens when my catalog is not connected to facebook or rather when I connect to fb some products are connected, not all, that is what appears on the shopify platform and the sales manager on facebook shows me another catalog, with another name and with my products, some of which do not have updated prices. I have already tried to connect this application several times, but Facebook says my store https://oliveoil.green/ is “violating integrity policies”. Support sucks.
