HORRIBLE support! If you contact Meta about an issue with the Facebook channel they blame the issue on Shopify and tell you to contact Shopify since the channel was downloaded on their platform. However, when you contact Shopify they re-direct you back to Meta because Meta developed, runs, and owns the app. Similar to every other app not developed by Shopify, it is Meta's responsibility to fix issues and provide app support, but they refuse to do this. It's a useless and endless circle with zero solutions.

I can't use it as intended because they hate TikTok or something??? There could be other reasons but they do not provide specific examples.

Plugin is ok, would be nice if it included some way to embed your facebook feed. It's alright for ads and that's about it. If Facebook were to add embed for posts and feed that would be a huge plus!

Facebook/Meta is the worst. I have been trying to reach out to support for two month because they shut down my shop on Facebook for a violation that I did not violate. I followed the link to request a review but the button is grayed out on my end and I cannot click it to request a review. I have told them this for TWO MONTHS and have not received any support from anyone. I just started a business and this has been the most frustrating process and it should not be. All I am requesting is help, and as a business owner, I should be granted that request. Plain and simple.

Very disappointing app because i am trying but not able to login kindly do some things to this application

The worst support I've ever encountered, repetitive bans for no reason. The support team told me I would receive a response within 24 hours, but 5 days later, still nothing and no response despite multiple follow-ups. Many other issues as well!!!

Works decent enough. Instagram appears to integrate better with Shopify than Facebook Shopping. You sync and push your catalog and it just shows up on Instagram. Facebook on the other hand has a few issues. For example one collection I have shows up on Instagram but keeps giving me error messages on the Facebook shopping side. Wish it had a simple push feature to Facebook Merchant for singular products.

If I can give minus stars I will. The support and service are so bad that the only thing those CS reps care are to close the case ASAP instead of helping you to actually solve the issue. I had an issue with the business account, the CS reps kept changing and every time there was a new reps I had to explain everything all over again and it's literally without any progress or solve my business account issue or whatsoever and they just closed the case because the case was more than 48 hours! At the end I figured out myself to fix the account issue. And now, I am stocked in the process of verify my business despite by providing all the legal documents to them they kept asking for more info, seriously?! What more company legal info you will need to verify a company? Company registration document, check! But No from FB. Company Bank Account Statement, Check! But No from FB. Company Director's resident document, Check! But No from FB! I tried to contact FB to figure out this matter for too many times, but no answer no feedback, VERY typical FB, bad service, poor product, simply don't care individual merchants.

got instantly banned saying that i didn't apply with the 4th point of the policy or whatever. I read it and i am a 100% sure i didn't violate the terms. I asked for a review and got said that the original reason was true and that my account should stay that way. I literally didn't even started using it. Thanks.

I am seeing drafted products in ads using the feed. Can you help? The Facebook store itself seems to show the correct products, but drafted products somehow make it to the ads.

I installed this app specifically for Facebook Pixel, but automatically, it will create a Facebook Commerce account in your Facebook Business Manager. This account will automatically generate a shop and add your Shopify products to it. After a while, Facebook may request various business details and inform you that your account is at risk of being restricted due to your shop's failure to comply with our Seller Terms. This can happen even if you don't use the commerce account or if you are unaware of what a Facebook Commerce account is !!!

I cant change my facebook pixel while its hacked, I send the Meta team to report but they said i have to check it with Shopify while the report message is send to MEta always

Zero app support, my account got hacked and no help.... I don't recommend installing this. ........

When i try istall this app i always get this error. "oops. something went wrong." It doesn't work succesfully. I just install once but i didn't install 2nd time this app. It crashed.

Let me put it simply : this app sucks. Impossible to set up, hard to find your way, tons of bugs. I spent countless hours setting up a store I won't be able to sell from because of a f***ing app

Awful just awful. Once you connect an account it’s connected forever. No option to connect a different account to your Shopify store. If you accidentally connect a page you didn’t mean to then you’re out of luck and the support crew has zero idea how to help you and can barely comprehend

Useless app. My page is currently suspended just because I tried to use this app. Facebook is good at gossiping business but as far as eCommerce, they're horrible.

Wont show half my product varients because of invalid image link which is the same link for the products it will show. Offers no working solution as well.

This is a TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE App/product. Facebook is an absolute nightmare. Facebook constantly suspended my Business Account before permanently disbanded it. All I was doing was trying to install META Pixel and it is a terrible painful process. I even hired a Shopify Expert to help me and even he could not figure it out. An absolute terrible experience that is not user friendly. Extremely frustrated with the whole process.

i cant even get it to open & load. it just goes to a blank white page. no error message, nothing. its been installed. i just cant access it to do anything with it. so useless.

App keeps freezing, I can't set it up and can't even contact customer service to help me, as it shows an error message whenever I try. I've been trying for days, tried on two different computers, a tablet and a phone and nothing works. Terrible app.

This is not user friendly, dont now why billion dollar company have pathetic setting restrictions, facebook is not recommended for new businesses

When we click on stores in Instagram, I want to remove the cargo and delivery field in the product detail area, but I cannot remove it, all websites with shopify software have the same problem in their ig stores, it is not possible to completely remove this field, you should make a development about it.
