Never been more frustrated with a sales channel in my entire career. Facebook presents lazy and under payed workers doing way less than minimum. Facebook and Instagram ads managers are in complete shambles. Theres way too many problems to be worth any amount of advertising money.

The specifications have changed so much from the previous Facebook app that it's hard to understand how to use it. For now, I don't know how to set up ads from this app.

When disconnect or connect shopify app or also if install new this app. every time create new shopify product catlog in facebook by this app. why not give option for selection catlog so not create new one

No complaints love instagram shopping, just wish they would verify our instagram account after like 3 attempts

We cannot receive payments from sales channels. Help has been very limited. We will delete channel in the next 24 hours unless resolved.

best way of ever connecting my items to Meta

It's the worst App I've ever used! It can't be possible to get blocked and stay blocked for weeks and getting no help of the support. They block your account and the settings because they think your account would be fake (and I used my private account which I've been using since 2012!). Ridiculous!
