some days it works some days it doesn't complicated to set up in the beginning not linking accounts no customer service to call for help

I expirienced the same problem, it created catalogs which I c ant edit automatically and those catalogs are not performing well like don't go allong with Facebook policies etc. Lose access to my page and cant do nth because don't have access to this Shopify catalog which need to be deleted. Doesnt work good

this app ensures that you have setup your Facebook properly. It is fully integrated to make sure you are doing the right thing. great for newbies

Once I located my password, then it was easy to set up, connecting the various stores to create one easy vehicle for our daily posting, ads and shopping experience.

Need to see accept button when accepting terms for Facebook. Overall easy once u access the acceptance page

I couldn't get better help to set up my marketing needs, needless to say how fast and easy it directed me to the end. It would be nice if the app showed a sample video presentation.

It was fairly easy I didn't like that I had to delete a commerce account and create a new one. Overall pretty straightforward.

The setup was relatively smooth, and easy to manage products. I had some issues where my Shop tab and my products were not appearing on my Facebook page, but Shopify Support was very friendly and helpful.

The CEO is a genius. Facebook and Instagram is my only of source of advertising. Thank You Facebook!

I used this app to set up my ads account and payment method. It was okay. Had to go back and forth couple of times. I enjoyed adding profile photo and changing name. Did not enjoy going back and forth, can make it easier to delete old ad accounts.

It s very easy to understand. The explanation a simple and as a novice we cannot make any mistake. It s clear.

great integration between Shopify and Facebook. I do not, however, appreciate restrictions from any forum based platform. Becoming intolerable to not be able to sell a simple confederate flag (for example). Should be left between buyers and sellers not platforms. imho.
