It took no longer than 2 minutes to switch over to the New Facebook channel. I was able to reconnect my current Shopify accounts the new channel with no issues.

I have to really wonder what genius decided to roll this out during the busiest shopping time of the year. My facebook worked just find and now I'm forced to load yet another app to weigh down my store and it doesn't work. When contacting shopify support the support people have the audacity to tell me they provide limited support. IT"S your app. If you don't provide support, who does? It's really outrageous. If I could give this app a zero I would.

If I could zero stars I would! I have reached out to Facebook and Shopify numerous times over the past month due to not being able to publish my Facebook page. I have sent tons of screen shots of the errors that they have asked for and they all seem to not know what is going on with my page. Facebook is keeping me from selling my boutique clothing due to horrible customer service! It's hard to believe that no other business owners have had this same problem.

I enjoy the app but dislike having to get on a desktop or laptop to complete different setup details. prefer to be able to access everything from my iphone. also, i dont like the fact that you have to put in a debit or credit info to even run free ads. other than that, no compalints.

It was easy steps to follow and easy to add on. I hope it helps to sync my shop and make it more interactive.

It can get confusing but, ends up making sense if you take your time each step of the way. Even if it seems like some connections become lost... Just reconnect and follow the steps patiently. Making sure of the connections between your Facebook account(s) and the correct Instagram account(s) before connecting to your 'shop' will make the process easier. Thats my ameteur explanation of my journey so far.

I like how easy and simple it is to use. Beginner friendly. Use this app to scale your business quickly especially during the initial stages.

I was instructed to uninstall and reinstall that is all, I have zero complaints about facebook shop.
