this app works well with my store its easy to manage alot and the customer service quickly responds to requests or issues. It is also compatible with IG and FB metasuit which is nice to centralize everything into one.

BEWARE - Horrible service. They have provided no solution or resolution to a setup issue reported on Sept 17; it is now Oct 17. Every time I follow up with them, I receive a generic response. I've specifically asked for ETAs, insight, and visibility into the issue on multiple occasions over the last four weeks so that I can have some sort of timeline on when the problem will be resolved, and they have provided zero concrete answers. This is the takeaway I want you to know: I have not been able to set up a shop with this channel in 4 weeks. Don't waste your time here.

The app is basically useful to open ticket with Meta, because general support over messanger is very bad! I do rate 1 because is not really an app and considering Facebook now Meta has so many years and so many billions is a shame they run a so buggy advertising software.
