I haven't used this app for every long, but so far it has been good and easy to use. The chat feature is very useful and I get quick responses when I use it. Darpan, Krsna, Nirmal and Surya have been a great help and both have been very friendly and quick to get a response on any issues I have had come up.

I recently started using Etsy Integration & Sync - DPL for Shopify to manage my Etsy and Shopify stores, and I have to say, it's been fantastic. One of my favorite features is the automatic inventory sync between Etsy and Shopify. I don't have to worry about accidentally overselling items, which saves me a lot of time managing my stock levels. The customizable listing templates and automatic order fulfillment are also great features that have made managing my stores much more efficient. The customer service provided by the app has been exceptional. Whenever I have a question or issue, the support team is quick to respond and always helpful. The documentation and knowledge base provided by the app is also helpful in troubleshooting any problems I encounter. Overall, I would highly recommend Etsy Integration & Sync - DPL for Shopify to anyone selling on both Etsy and Shopify. It's an excellent tool that simplifies the process of managing multiple online stores and improves the efficiency of your business operations.

I'm new to Etsy and that was so helpful! I got step by step guide and support on setting up my products.

To date, this app has been the experience yet. No, it is not perfect but no third-party apps are. I've tried a lot of them. It is very refreshing to be able to actually make contact with support very quickly. I find that so many apps do not offer any type of phone support and chat is not available in a timely fashion. With Etsy Integration, support has been absolutely fantastic. Darpan is very knowledgable and eager to resolve issues when they happen. I most definitely recommend this app. The support is top-notch.

Good app. Support is helpful, and reliable. Sometimes can have hiccups with syncing, but its always fixed within a couple hours.

I had issues with the app but support was able to resolve them. Darpan also helped me a lot, he offered to call me to help me upload products correctly and make sure everything was running smoothly. He was very nice and made me feel very comfortable and confident that their app and support would help me grow my business and bring more sales!

Die App synced quasi alles automatisch, sobald ein item mal gelistet ist. Auch bereits gelistete items können zurück-gesynced werden. Kein manuelles pushen und Nachbearbeitung auf Etsy notwendig (Bilder-re-Sync hat noch Potential). Insgesamt intuitiv und zuverlässig. Bis jetzt die beste der 4-5 apps die ich getestet habe. Erwähnen möchte ich unbedingt auch, dass mir bei meiner einzigen Supportanfrage innerhalb von 2 Minuten per Chat jemand geholfen hat. Ich denke ich bleibe vorerst bei digital products labs... ;)

Very great customer service (we worked with Surya Shrestha). Good app for Etsy to Shopify integration. Spoke with Darpan and he was really very helpful and knowledgeable.

After installing the app and linking it with Etsy I had some questions around how to sync the orders. My questions where answered prompt through the Livechat. Highly recommendable.

There were mutiple problems and their personel are only train on how to connect you and not troubleshooting. But the worst was when couldn't upload for a week. They blamed it on Etsy token revoked. It was because the shop name in Etsy had changed and needed to be re-connected to Etsy with new shop name. I found this out on my own. But they were so quick to blame Etsy they never checked. Very poor service.

the app has worked well for me over the past couple of years, customer service is very helpful, Surya S was especially great!

I have some little issues when I began to use the app (caused by my bad English LOL) and the support team (Jillian specially) was wonderfull! She helped me to configurate my store to put dimensions and now I can upload my products to Etsy and control everything in my Shopify store. I tried a lot of app to do this and this is the best, sure!

I am finding the app easy to use and am very happy. I would highly recommend this app for Shopify-Etsy integrations.

Works great for syncing products to Etsy! Great customer service. Have not tried out the order syncing process yet.

App is just okay. It doesn't automatically update your Esty items, and to try and figure out how to update the items is very challenging. There solution is to have another DEMO call. Tech support just won't help you get what you need done. Not the best app.

These guys are great! Good service especially Surya. Fast response and even if there's a hiccup (always will be anywhere) they fix and navigate right away. Really complete service and the app is great too. Give Surya a raise. - T

So far so flipping cool.....easy to use and it works, Uploaded all my products and it works 100% The best bit is that it's really easy to use. I'm not technical but this has all the hallmarks of a great app.

A very good app, although there are many small problems, but the staff will help me solve them as soon as possible.

Jillian and the rest of the team have been incredibly helpful and responsive in helping us set this integration up. It has made the process of adding listings from our Shopify to our Etsy so much easier.
