I am a beginner with Etsy and so far it has been super easy to navigate and when I did have any questions, the contact us button took me to Jillian B. who went above and beyond with answering all of my questions.

I'm extremely impressed with the functionality of this app and the customer service I received. Navigating the technical side can be tricky and this app solved everything and made the process quite transparent and easy to use. In addition, the real-time customer service was excellent and I was impressed that they went above and beyond to insure my questions were resolved. Would definitely recommend!!

Love using this to sync my products, it saves me a ton of stress and time, I had to do it manually after each order and often I just forgot to change my inventory on either Etsy or Shopify, which forced me to count my stock over and over again. This app really helps, just sync the SKU and boom! done! Also the customer service is excellent, instant replies, very helpful. I highly recommend using this app if you're having trouble keeping track of your inventory.

Great support, really helped me a lot in syncing from Etsy to Shopify! I was searching a long time and tried a few Apps, I could never sync from Etsy to Shopify, but with them it worked out fine!

User friendly, does what it says , easy to use and very smooth , good customer support and very responsive. nothing to complain about , very recommended.

I was really confused, but I did a live chat with Darpan C. We connected on Google Meet so I could share my screen, and within 2 minutes, he solved my problem. Wonderful customer service!!

I've been using this app for awhile (about a year) and it's been working well for me. Their customer service is great. I just pop into the chat and someone is always there to help. Tonight I used the chat feature and Darpan C. solved my issue in less than 10 minutes. No complaints here. I would recommend this app to you all.

yes I like it. It's easy to import the products from etsy and it found the products I uploaded manually and there was no conflict. It would be better if I could only select the Sections that I specified on etsy as a collection.
