Purchased Etsy Integration & Sync in July 2023. Had difficulty getting products to view in my Etsy store. When I scheduled a Meet online call Surya quickly remedied the issue by instructing me how to sync on the Etsy view. I found the instructions provided did not give complete instructions.

Surprisingly awesome. It actually works. But, what was more impressive was that when I ran into quirks caused by our own inventory method, their customer service was both timely and helpful. When I ran into a serious problem I was able to schedule a call within 24 hours. The agent was well versed. He was able to help me fix the problems I encountered from his own knowledge, he did not need to consult a manual or ask a manager. As a bonus, his English was very easy to understand. REFRESHING

This app was incredibly useful for those that would like to link their etsy store with their shopify store! It is simple, and easy to use and not confusing or overcomplicate d like other apps I've used!

Setup was easy, but don't make the mistake that I did. Shopify overwrites everything in Etsy, which is great to start, but I spent hours making edits directly in Etsy after the initial sync (tags,etc.) only to have it all wiped away because I had a box checked in settings that was easily overlooked. Good support, but a hard lesson to learn so I will be keeping them separate.

Worked well. Good customer service. Tried a several other apps and they did not work. Got all of my product uploaded fairly smoothly.

I contacted Darpan on chat as I was having a couple of tinkering issues when setting up the integration from www.jocookebestartist.co.uk to my Etsy store @JoCookeBest. Darpan was more than helpful and we sorted the issue within a few clicks. Also - I have tried a a couple of different Etsy integration apps before in the past and this one, without a doubt is by far the best. I just want to add that Nirmal and the team have been exceptional in dealing with me and my stores individual circumstances. Highly recommended in both customer relations and usability of the app! 100%!!

This app does exactly what I need it to do, it syncs my etsy and shopify products. And there is live chat support that is very helpful!

Great app, a fantastic time saver to help upload all my products from Shopify to Etsy. Orders come straight through from Etsy with barely any delay and then integrated directly into my online orders through Shopify. Great for allowing me to control all my orders in one place. Some minor issues in syncing products that have been updated after uploading into Etsy but great customer service from the support team resolved the issue really quickly. Highly recommend.

I had been needing help for a few days and each time I was able to get help within an hour and usually almost instantly! They also made it even easier with Google chats so I could share my screen and get immediate direction. Problems are solved super fast! Thank you!
