We have been using CEDMgr app for the last 12 months for the shopify integration with Etsy platform to sync the order taking and orderfulfillment processes. The sync processes have been great so far using it without experiencing any issue.

I was unsure of connecting Etsy with Shopify with this app and SK walked me through it all and made me feel comfortable that it was all done correctly and I was ready to get started. This app saves me so much valuable time for mirroring my Shopify products on to my Etsy store. Very Helpful App, allows me to connect my two stores and not worry about inventory issues. When there is a glitch the support team has been available via chat to help sort things out. Pricing is very reasonable. Appreciate this tool and how it helps my business be more seamless, less work!

The app itself has some glitches and is not the most user firendly in terms of sorting and bulk activities. However, this is one of the ebst customer service I have experienced. There is always help available which makes me stick around. Overall, it's a good app. I am excited to see the improvements in the new versions but for now, it's the best you got on shopify.

This app is a life saver for my shop. Saves you a lot of time from having to load every item twice and with my shop having thousands of options it's literally saving me from hours and hours of double duty. Customer service is extremely helpful on assisting and giving detailed information on how to complete a task that I'm not familiar with in the system. So don't worry if the system is intimidating at first because they will help you walk through any item you need help with.

We had an etsy shop already, but the support chat helped me to get everything fixed and up correctly. Recently we had to take a bunch of items off of etsy and the support team helped me do that and they were so professional and thorough. Edit: I wanted to update since it has been about 3 years since I made this review. We have been using this app for 4 years now and have had lots of success with it. The support chat responds quickly and they are very helpful. The support is kind and they get the job done. Our sales on Etsy are better than ever thanks to this app!

Great app to syncronise your shopify shop with etsy. It takes a bit of adjustment in the begining to get familiarised with the app but the customer service is very helpful, quick to respond and always friendly. Would 100% recommend.
