I first installed this app, and it didn't work as expected. I decided to give it a try again today, and one of their employees, Aman A Singh was amazing. I was on the chat line for hours, and he literally works me through the steps. At first this integration app has boosted our sales like crazy, but we ended up having to delete it because it has too many problems. The syncing didn't work properly and refunds weren't showing properly in our sales reports. The technical support team was very responsive which was great but wasn't able to fix things for us in a way that worked efficently for us so we spent way too much time on the chat with them. This app is a great idea in theory but is too buggy to be useful for us.

Before I was introduced to this app I was overwhelmed with loading my products and maintaining inventory within two platforms but now I just have to maintain one platform! Shopify and Etsy Marketplace Integration technical support are very knowledgeable and skilled. I have felt very supported in what I want to accomplish with my business.
