The support for this app is instantaneous. Have an open mind, and consider the constraints that Etsy places on the integration app. Their team is very attentive, and will help out until the problem is resolved. The support alone is worth paying for. I highly recommend CEDCommerce, and this app!

The app is good but even better is the support when there is something you can't work your way through - the guys on the chat line are absolutely brilliant, so knowledgeable and patient guiding you through how to do what you need

It's a really good app. It's cut down the time taken to upload new listings to Etsy and helps me to keep track of the published status of my listings on Etsy. I have about 400 different listings and was struggling to use another app, as it was time-consuming uploading new listings. It brings through your orders into your shopify store, which I find helpful. The support from the staff is excellent, they help you immediately and understand your needs. I haven't found the documentation very helpful as it doesn't tell you much more than the app itself. I've therefore needed to ask for help from the staff, but they are really knowledgeable and always sort it out.

This app makes integrating my Etsy orders with Shopify so easy. It flags up issues for you to easily see and fix. I had an issue with a customer email and the chat support person was so helpful. They pulled my order straight through. Would highly recommend this app.

This app has helped me save a lot of time by consolidating my Etsy orders with my Shopify orders, so I can have the same fulfillment process for both of them, rather than doing orders from both platforms separately.

Today I needed help with my ETSY app. I have to say this is the easiest way to manage your listings in one place. And its easy to use. I called Jason because. needed confirmation I was managing my listings correctly. Jason, was on standby the whole time and reassured me at the end that everything was done correctly. This was way easier than other platforms I have used.

The app can pull product data and stock levels from Shopify and push to Etsy. It works. Support is super responsive too. Recommended

It was very easy to set up the account. All instructions were very clear and easy to follow. It was easy to merge products from Shopify store.

I started using this App one year ago. Such a difference it has made for me in time saved from setting up two online shops as well as a brick and mortar. The ease with which this app integrates the shops is much appreciated. I must add too, that the support from cedcommerce is top notch! I am not a tech savvy person al all, and was struggling in the beginning before reaching out for help from them. Their patience in explaining and going over. ( again) the steps I needed to take to make it go smoothly was much appreciated. I would recommend cedcommerce to other businesses wanting to integrate their shops. I am using the free trial but works as it says. Just have to learn how to configure the profiles. The support is awesome, they are always there to help me via chat.

Just useless app with a limited try. 10 Products only and very expensive for nothing! I absolutely wanted to try and buy it!

Genuinely fantastic software. Does exactly what it says it will, and the staff/customer support are beyond friendly! They spent a large amount of time working with me to answer all of my questions. Extremely impressed.

I highly recommend this app. I am impressed with the app and support so far. Setup takes a bit, but wasn't too difficult. Support was very responsive and quick to identify an inventory issue I had with the setups on 2 items. I was able to quickly resolve the issues on my end with their help. The app seems to work beautifully once setup. Sales are coming in quite well from Etsy now. Thanks!
