LOVE Etsy Marketplace Integration and thoroughly recommend. So easy to keep products and most importantly inventory synced - AND all orders in one place. Works perfectly with my Shopify store ... in fact before I found this app I was thinking of closing my Etsy account as it was becoming too difficult to keep both going. Now it is a dream. This app helped me correct the issue I had with my ETSY shop not integrating correctly with shopify in terms of inventory count. The agent Anyatra was very kind & patient with me and we were able to fix the problem.

I was hesitant at first to use this app after reading some of the negative reviews, but it worked seamlessly for me! I never had a single issue with it, and any time I had a question there was always someone available to answer it in the live chat which I really appreciated as in any business time is money. Honestly, I think some of the issues people had were based on them not knowing how to use the app properly as it can be a bit challenging to understand at first, but again take the time to use the live chat if you have any questions and set it up right and you should have no issue. If you need to cancel, just uninstall the app from your Shopify store. I would def recommend this app!

Today I upgraded my plan from Free to Standard and I came across some questions during the setup and had to get in touch with the support. The prompt reply from the support team was amazing! They guided me through the setup procedure by taking screenshots and even screen recordings. A big special shoutout to the support team!

Good app. Helpful customer service. Free plan allows for 10 product listings. Simple integration. Would recommend.

Happy with this app so far! It took me a minute to figure out how to link my Etsy listings with my Shopify listings without overriding certain information from one platform to the other, but once I got that, it was smooth sailing. Most everything has been easy / intuitive to use so far. Customer Support Chat was also very quick and helpful.

Was having some issues with some of my settings and they were very helpful in assisting me in having the right settings to get the results I was looking for. Very prompt and knowledgeable with their responses.
