Literally I have tried about 3 other apps over the past 7 years to sync Ebay and Etsy with my Shopify store and they have all been a disaster. The set up is a bit rough in that Etsy is not the easiest store to deal with especially if you want to use calculated shipping or more than a few variants but that is an Etsy issue. They clearly explained what the app can do for my particular store and helped walk me through it all and addressed my issues quick. The difference with this company is in the amazing 24/7 customer service where the team will make sure to answer all your concerns and help you or themselves fix the issues. They give you clear and kind illustrations how to get the app to work for you. I have thousands of products with tons of variants and sell mainly one of a kind so this is a HUGE feat. This app is a complete time saver, not to mention the amazing customer service I've received. It took me around 30 minutes to understand what should be set on Shopify products in order to get a smooth sync, but once it was set - it's a walk in the park.

Although I've not had long to use the app, the service and help to get set up has been superb. I managed to get products live on Etsy from my Shopify store within minutes. Update on my review. Ive been using the app for a few months now and its pretty easy to use. The support is amazing, and super fast. I was chatting to Aman and they were very helpful. Definitely recommend this app

Firstly I want to tell everyone that the Customer service at Cedcommerce is the best I ever had. If you have any question or issue, there is a chat option and whatsapp. Tech experts ready to help. Personally I pulled the plug on Shopify because they didn’t a very important feature that Etsy has which made it not feasible to have the same inventory on Shopify and Etsy, which would have been impossible to manage. I’m hoping that Shopify will fix this issue so that I can sell on both platforms.

We downloaded this app to start selling our products on Etsy. Since we are new to Etsy and this app, we ran into a few problems and had a few questions.
