Excellent customer service. Friendly and professional. I use the app to sync orders and inventory from Etsy to Shopify. Almost all of the features I asked for were answered.

The customer support is A+ This is for Ritik, Sir you did a 6 star job fast efficent and listen to what needed to be done.These guys all made this work great with the team you have in place. I was very slow to try them as they come at you and it's a new platform so adjustment is quick and easy with them. I will use this team as they all have made my life a lot easier. The tech support is amazing! I was having some trouble figuring out why some of my items were not synching but Ardash set me up with a simple template that fixed the problem in minutes. I might have otherwise given the app 4 stars, but their free service more than makes up for any complexity issues.

Great Service My name is Mario Moosbauer, and I am absolutely delighted with the CedCommerce Etsy Integration app. It's not just a tool, but a complete assistant for my Etsy shop, aiding me in automating and efficiently conducting all my management tasks. The feature that enables actions on my products in bulk is a tremendous timesaver. It simplifies editing and listing on Etsy, and I can even create shipping templates and templates for inventory and price management right within the app. The user-friendly interface and error notifications regarding product uploading, syncing, inventory failures, and order fetching are exceptionally useful. The profiling feature is another strong plus point. It allows me to manage my product categories, attributes, and shipping in bulk. We've been a customer of CedCommerce for about a year and it is one of the best performing apps on our Shopify store. On the few occassions that we have required help sorting out an order, they have been very quick to answer and resolve the issues - always been pilot error on our part. This is very helpfull when you're under a time pressure to get orders fulfilled and can't see what you've done wrong. The app is very easy to use once you understand some basics and has reduced our time in fulfilling orders to a minimum. This app just works - does what it says on the tin. 10/10 for customer support - at any time of the day.

The app works fantastically and Mantasha and Vatsal Ranjan are extremely helpful. Without asking Mantasha mapped all of our variants properly so all we had to do was publish our products and when I had an issue with variant images Vatsal quickly came to the rescue. I highly recommend this app. :) Quick update: Had an issue today I needed help figuring out and Abhilash was more than helpful. Very helpful developer and an awesome app! Update: Needed to remove old products from the app today and Shubham was fantastic in helping me out. Responded within seconds and had the task completed within a few minutes. Thanks again guys!

This app has the worst customer service out of any Shopify App I've ever used. If you get someone named Ritik with a deadpool logo just end the chat. He misguided me, didnt answer any of my questions or listen to anything I had to say, consequently I wasnt able to use this app and deleted it. It's not very user friendly anyways, find a different app to list on Etsy with.

Fahad and the entire support team are excellent. No need to stress, the support team answers your questions and guides you through the setup and process.

My money is well spent! I have a helpful representative who is charming and helps me run my shop in the most timely manner. The support team is always readily available when I need them without having to panic and wait.

Great app...def a learning curve and needs some setup....but a must-have app for syncing inventory across Etsy, Shopify, and POS!
