Very helpful service

My first time using this app to update to Etsy. Had some errors but support jumped right in to help. But in the future would prefer a solution that I can fix on my own just in case support is not available

Was a good platform for moving products over. I found some issues with the app disconnecting. Easy to reconnect. But wasn't something I was able to keep up with personally. I got rid of the app because I stopped using etsy. But if I were to continue with that platform, I would have kept this app .

Excellent support in setting up the application after initial difficulties. This app will save me so much time. Previously was looking at expensive inventory management systems which are far more complicated, but this does everything I need it to do. Also options in future to easily upload new products both ways. Thanks to Shubham Kumar for his help!

I ended up not going forward with the Etsy Integration app as we went another route with our integration however I just want to mention that the customer service team was really helpful and answered all of my questions quickly and kindly!

Great apps for integration into other sales channels. It's crazy to manage it without this and there aren't any other apps I would consider. I tried them all and this was the only one that didn't force settings on you and just worked.

This Mohd fahad Khan answered my questions on line and then he had the brilliant idea to do a face time call with me. I am 61 years old and I have never done anything like this....but it was easy with Mohd because he made it easy. He told me how to click on this and that and he helped me bulk edit an item and then he talked me through listing something. It was like having a private tutorial. Had an issue with some products syncing with the app that I did not want to sync, needed them deleted from the app. Mohd Fahad Khan had the issue resolved within 1 minute and advised me on how to exclude them from syncing in the future. Great support!
