Pankaj and the team has been extraordinary in customizing our needs with this app from eBay to Shopify and vice versa. Overall, the app and technology works very well and if for whatever reason there is a change in the eBay API, the infoshore team is quick to react and fix any bugs failry quickly. The app is the best we've seen and does a great job in our needs for managed inventory on both the eBay and Shopify sales channel platform. We highly recommend.

We decided to use this app after some unfortunate luck with a more popular app. We had over 1,100+ items to cross post to our Shopify website! It was sooo fast compared to the other application we tried to use, and we are SO glad we made the switch! No headaches, no stress, super easy. The only issue we had was a handful of images did not cross over with all the info so I had to take some time to add the appropriate photos. I will definitely be recommending this app to anyone who has eBay and wants to upload everything to a new website!! It took about 1.5hrs to cross post just over 600 listings. Not bad at all!!

I really needed this app and it does what it says on the Tin, but boy is the dashboard missing a trick or 2, please can you do some really simple widgets to show, items imported, items to reimport, the number of new items imported since xxx, etc ... it would be worth the extra cost, then i would know if i need to do anything or not with Ebay, Amazon and the shopify tool

Great App ! Fantastic customer service . some issues were resolved within few hours. I imported from Ebay More than 1000 products in few minutes. The sync is also fast .

works erratically poor customer service, only customer service is by email, no chat or any other live help, so any issues take long time to resolve. sync does not always work, needs to be checked at least 1 x week to see if it is all working

Have been using eBay importer for over 4 years now and has been great, I'm able to import all my ebay listings into Shopify. It also syncs with my eBay listings, so if I sell something on eBay it automatically removed from my store. Highly recommend it, excellent customer service
