So easy to use – and support is amazing! I’ve been using Easy Product Options on a few of my stores, and honestly, it just makes everything so much simpler. Great app with lots of handy features. Due to Shopify's inventory constraints I needed an outside way to track the inventory of two separate items that go together but that the customer must choose colors for separately and that the inventory must be tracked separately. This app more than covers that need, as well as other features like changing the product photo to match the variant selected. Customer service is very responsive and helpful and they work to quickly solve any issues even if it has to be passed up the tech chain. Shoutout to Lich and Anne in CS for all their help! Got it downloaded and had the first option set, set up in about 2hrs. Incredibly intuitive and easy to use. Just had one minor glitch and Daisy and Clove from the support team jumped on support straight away. It was a matter of going with what the app wants to do and not upset it, by reordering the variants. The app looks good (and cute), with the ability to customise fonts, colours, buttons etc to blend in with your website. Thank you so much for your thoughtful review. Easify is a great app for customizing products on my store. It's easy to use and helps me set up options quickly. The support team is very responsive and solved my issue fast.
