Great and nice supporting team that quickly replies and even adjusts the app for you in case it doesn't work with your template. The app itself is great and even the trial offers more than enough.

I never thought I'd find the perfect costumized-product solution and have actually been so worried that I wont be able to launch my products in a good way. Nice service, Nice function

This app made it possible for me to offer modular jewellery pieces and keep it simple and understandable for the customer. The quick and targeted customer service have given me extra confidence in using it. There was a bug where the options changed with a delay while clicking. First I was helped by Lich in the chat. They had quickly determined that it was an error in the code and then escalated the issue to the development team. Within 2 days I received an email from Violette that the issue has been addressed and resolved! It's nice to know that your questions are taken seriously by customer service :) On top of that, they are very friendly.

I was really impressed with the level of service. I was having issues with the app functioning on my store due to the theme specifics. The technical support was so quick and extremely helpful. Both Charles and Lich were professional and patient. I am also impressed with how useful the free version is. Between the high quality of the free version of the app and the support I would have full confidence and no hesitations upgrading to the paid version when it is time. Other apps developers should take notes on how to build a strong user base through Easify's example.

To say I found it a bit confusing at first would be an understatement. However, after using the help chat Lich has made everything so much easier. I had A LOT of questions and they were more than happy to help me with everything and helped make it all make sense, to me. Very happy with the service I have received from Lich :)

Very good apps, and the customer service helped me a lot

I used the app to customise an option on the product page. Hoa and Violette were really helpful in providing some basic coding to customise the buttons to my own liking

The Easify app didn't work perfectly with my website template, but the Easify team was great at working on several areas to make it work. This is a great app, there’s lots of features & I can’t wait to start using them. The staff is very helpful. They always respond quickly and when I wasn’t able decide how to use a feature because of a specific problem I had, Violette came up with several solutions & even went to the extent of creating a separate listing and adding in the feature to make it easier for me. Great app & great staff, I highly recommend!
