I was initially hesitant to keep this app, given my bad experiences with similar apps in the past. However, Easify has proven to be a pleasant surprise! Yes, there are a few bugs, but the support team is outstanding. Every issue I encountered was addressed and resolved within 24-48 hours. The app itself is very user-friendly and easy to set up. As someone who runs a custom jewelry store, I’ve tried multiple apps for custom product options (Globo, Avis, Infinite…), and I can confidently say Easify has the best interface I’ve seen so far. I really hope they continue adding new features, as this app has huge potential to get even better. If anything changes, I’ll update this review. For now, it’s a solid 5/5!
