Great App! Really enhances the visual appeal of my products to display the many options customers can choose from. And, their customer service is ridiculously fast and helpful. I've never had service like this...and I use several online/tech services.

I love that they give multiple extra options and the customer service was able to assist with my issues!

Highly recommended. I would give more stars if possible. Support from Hoa and Lich has been extraordinary. We sell wall art. Our POD products have 5 materials options (Art Prints, Canvas, Metal, Acrylic, Framed) + 8-10 paper types and often 12 print sizes for every product. Variant count is astronomical. I tried multiple customizer apps. Easify was the only Shopify customizer app that had the ability to create a URL Option Dropdown menu for materials (which eliminated the need for 5 separate thumbnails for each material type - of the same image - that Shopify's basic theme layouts create). However, the Easify app required the Option URL Sets be created manually for each product. We have over 500 artworks - so we needed a way to create the Option Set once and automate it to apply to ALL our products. I explained the problem and the Easify team went to work - creating this automation capability (which is now part of their app). These guys are awesome.

When I first added the Easify app to my website, it looked like a bit of a mess, but the Easify team worked diligently to sort everything out and now it works well and looks great!

Easify is a very easy to set up and understand app and the functionalilty of it is great. The support team are more than helpful, Net understood my request and helped me set up specialist option sets and price scaling which was a quiet unique request. Couldn't reccomend them enough.

I just can give 5 stars, would be glad if I could give more stars! They improved the app to fit my requiremoent and developed a whole new feature for me. I have searched months for this feature and couldn´t find any app for my problem. They had supported me perfect and improved the app till it fits perfect! The whole process I received feedback about the status and how to setup the app. So in conclusion: Great Support, great developers and I am glad that I have choosen this app!

Absolutely pointless free version. It limits a very basic feature, which is price per variant, to the point that the free version is completely useless. Is like I'm offering a free car but with no wheels, engine or steering wheel.

The customer service from Easify is incredibly helpful. I just downloaded the app for my store. The few issues I had for initially integrating it into my site were immediately solves by the Lich in customer service. They helped properly activating the app and were quick to customize things so it perfectly matched my brand colours, look, and font. This is the app you should invest in for expanding the variants of your products.

Lin was an absolute weapon . Super fast and helped me with a theme issue. Legend!

I just started using Easify but so far it is easy to navigate and I am not super techy so that is wonderful. I had an issue that required contacting customer support and Lich was such a great help. My problem was sorted easily. Thank you thank you.

I have outstanding service from the support, I have obtained a response every time within 24 hours, even a few times within an hour, even on weekends :-)......... Hoa fixed it for me, under my suggestion, corrected the application for my needs

This app is easy to use. The interface is very friendly and this app supports conditional logic based on Shopify variants - a feature I think not many apps do. I also would like to say big thanks to the support team, especially Hoang, who responds to my requests promptly with superb support. Great job!

The most garbage app, I immediately recommend you TO NOT USE THIS. You can't even save any Options Sets, it's actually a bug, with no live chat. I'm telling you right now, litterally, there is no save button, so you can not even use this app properly. It takes you 30 mins to figure out the entire app is not functioning. Absolute garbage, waste of time, nasty, ugly design, doesnt even integrate into any themes or page builders, such as PageFly. DO NOT even bother, trust me.

This app is perfect for adding a bunch of options for your products without knowing any coding etc. Also, thanks to Mr. Hoa, I learned that you can actually translate the app content to whatever language you like manually! Thank you for the awesome, fast and reliable support.

Amazing customer support. Had quite some issues integrating it into our site correctly, but Net went above and beyond and fixed almost all the issues & requests I had. Tried many variant apps, but this is the only one I can recommend.

Custom fields load slowly on the product page after the product page has rendered which is poor UX. If you charge extra for a product add-on, your discount codes may stop working (as happened in my case) and the estimated total on the cart page will not include the price of the product add-on (creating confusion for the customer). I notified the developers via their contact us page a day ago but there has been no reply. Time to test another app with the same functionality, unfortunately.

I love this app, I have installed a lot of variant apps and this one is by far the one that worked better for me. Easy to set up, awesome live chat support as well.Would recommend

I'm just using the Free Version, but I had an issue with info on packing slips... I reached out to support, and Lich solved the problem in under 5 minutes! Can't beat that kind of tech support. Love to try the paid version but it's too expensive for me right now.

Amazing customer service. Lich helped me to fix a minor UX request in a few minutes by logging in and making custom changes. It was an amazing quick and great fix! I really appreciate it, especially that I'm in the free tier yet. I'm considering subscribing though this app is amazing with plenty of features and great customer support!
