This app is amazing! I used four different variant apps before finding this one that does everything I need. Plus, the customer support is very timely and efficient at helping with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend them.

5/5 Support is excellent and quick. I've tried almost all of the product option apps and this one is by far the most customizable. Features I love, that I haven't found common in other apps: - option groups - combining the base product with the add-ons in the cart so that customers can't delete the main product to just pay for the add-on - editing in cart

Hoa is the best support worker, fast and good help

I'm quite new to setting up my business website and the chat support is very helpful. They always seem to know the answer and their response is fast. There is always people online to help you and the app is great. I like their features especially "Uploading a File" which is a necessary option for my business which Shopify itself does not include. The pricing is affordable & worth it for the features you need.

this app is a great way to allow customers to customize their orders. Customer service is also great and helpful, especially Violette!

Struggled getting my head around the app to begin with but the support team pointed me in the right direction pretty quick smart, the app is actually very simple to achieve what I was trying to achieve. Big thanks for the help again.

This app made it possible for me to offer modular jewellery pieces and keep it simple and understandable for the customer. The quick and targeted customer service have given me extra confidence in using it. There was a bug where the options changed with a delay while clicking. First I was helped by Lich in the chat. They had quickly determined that it was an error in the code and then escalated the issue to the development team. Within 2 days I received an email from Violette that the issue has been addressed and resolved! It's nice to know that your questions are taken seriously by customer service :) On top of that, they are very friendly.

I'm really happy with Easify Product Options. It's incredibly useful for customizing our products and makes everything so much easier. The interface is simple and straightforward, saving us a lot of time and effort. Highly recommend it!

To say I found it a bit confusing at first would be an understatement. However, after using the help chat Lich has made everything so much easier. I had A LOT of questions and they were more than happy to help me with everything and helped make it all make sense, to me. Very happy with the service I have received from Lich :)

I was really impressed with the level of service. I was having issues with the app functioning on my store due to the theme specifics. The technical support was so quick and extremely helpful. Both Charles and Lich were professional and patient. I am also impressed with how useful the free version is. Between the high quality of the free version of the app and the support I would have full confidence and no hesitations upgrading to the paid version when it is time. Other apps developers should take notes on how to build a strong user base through Easify's example.
