I highly recommend this app. We use this app for multiple stores and it provides wonderful solutions no matter what you might need to solve. On top of a great app the Support Team is amazing. They are always willing to jump in and see how the can help and have been great providing us with work-arounds or solutions to any issues/changes we need.

Violette, Lich, and Charles have gone above and beyond to help me in the setup of Easify. The app is extremely capable and we've seen great success with up-selling customers using this app. The only reason I needed help with the setup was due to my user error. I haven't found any situations where this app has limitations that affect our goals. We have complex systems in place and Easify integrated in very nicely. Thank you Easify team!

I'm new to this app, like just installed it. I knew I had a lot of options to offer my customers and needed to figure out the best way to accomplish it. I received some amazing help from Charles. He listened to all my needs and figured out the best layout for the customer. Kept me in the loop during the design process and then sent a video of how to accomplish it on my end. Now I no longer feel overwhelmed. Best customer service ever! He went the extra mile so I could showcase the best product choices for my customers. No limits is what I would easily call this company. This app is fantastic! Really easy to install and use. I had a question and needed some help with the display as some fonts weren't showing the full height and it was fixed really fast and easily. Really glad to have found such a user friendly app with good support and can't wait to launch my business. Thank you!

Nice and flexible app with more than flexible support! Some options just looked too different from my theme and I was not able to customize it via the app. Violette and her developers fixed the issue with some custom code in no time. Can recommend :)

Awesome plugins with superb support

Very great customer service team, Charles was a great help! Still working on implementing this app plugin into the shop but so far it seems to have most of the functionalities I need!

So far this app has been awesome, it has allowed me to add the specific customization & personalization options I was looking for. Many features available and Easify are always looking to develop new options and features. The few times I have had to contact support they have been very fast to respond and if they didn't have the answer at the time they will look into it and actually get back to you. I was trying to do something with the text box feature and I couldn't figure it out, so I contacted support. Lich didn't know the answer but made a note and sent it to the developers. Usually that is a way for support to get you off the line but the next day Violette reach out to me with the solution to my issue. I have been super impress with the support so far. Highly recommend this app if you are looking to do any kind of personalization or custom options.

Love it! So easy to use and gives me so much control of customising our products without having to pay or rely on a developer to do the work or make changes for me. Both Violette and Charles have been beyond helpful with any questions I've had with setting up. My only request is to PLEASEEEE release the option to have a preview on our products of the customisation - then it will be absolutely perfect.

Do not give it another thought - use this app! The customer service is over the top. They are so easy to work with and do things I didn't know were possible. We ask a lot of the app and needed even more and Charles came through and was very fast! If you have any issues at all just use the chat and watch them work their magic. Charles you are amazing and I can't thank you enough for your help. Thank you for making our shop stand out!

I was using paid version of this app. The file upload started injecting a long url link with their app information on my checkout page where the file name should be. Huge privacy issue and confusing for my customers. Their support said it's not their problem to fix, it's Shopifys. Took 3 days of them not understanding English or my problem to tell me they won't fix it. I'm leaving Shopify as support for Shopify apps is terrible and developers in other countries don't understand English or fix their broken apps.

So far so good! Loving the image variant capabilities and the incredibly fast service from Lin. She was able to help me resolve my issue very quickly.

I didn't have to wait long to receive help, and the communication was clear and effective. This Shopify app has proven to be incredibly useful for managing form inputs and more. Highly recommend!

My first time using Easify and although it's quite easy to set up, I had to reach out for some support. I was greeted by Violette who was very helpful, quick to respond and solved my issue Very happy and have confidence knowing support is available

As a developer, I need to be able to modify/customize/access certain type of data, from the theme files. Although it is not possible to access everything or I don't have the knowledge to do so, the Easify team was available to help me and my team to deal with our requirements. Would go to 5* if I could do exactly all the things I'd want to, as the customer service is 5* already, but it's still perfectible, respectfully :)
