Overall, this is a pretty good app and has tons of products to choose from. Customer support is amazing as they have assisted me multiple times this week. 1. I got kicked out of my plan, 2. My orders didn't sync from my Shopify store. I attributed this to some upgrade glitches and me being fairly new to this. I'll come back in and give five stars when I get all the kinks worked out. Hats off to Jimmy and Kathleen.

I really like the website that they built for me and I hope to refer someone soon to buy a prebuilt website.

This is an easy-to-use, US-based dropship supply company with a better-than-average product offering. We have incorporated many of their products into our store that opens officially on 5/21/2021. We look forward to a long, profitable relationship, and we expect they will grow with us.

I wanted to find a US dropshipper, and liked what I saw when I researched DropCommerce. The App is really easy to use, and the customer service is fast, friendly and really helpful.

I was looking for a US drop-shipper so I decided to give this app a try, and I'm glad I did. I started making money before my free trial was up. I had a little glitch, but Jimmy handled it the same day. Its good to know that they have good customer service.

I recently joined as a supplier and I'm very impressed with the support and service of the DropCommerce team. The onboarding process was quick and easy. It's great to be on a platform that supports ONLY quality products and brands exclusively from North America.

I really love all of the notifications. It makes me feel like they have a real vested interest in the success of my business.

It took me about a month to decide whether to buy their prebuilt store or not. Then I finally bought it. This is what happened: 1. I bought that offer with a prebuilt store and a 3 months premium subscription included. I ordered on Tuesday, they did the website on Thursday. (not 24 hours as advised) 2. The website looks like a kid played around. Some products are in collections that should not be. As my shop is called 'Marvelous Store' and then they put in the menu 'Shop' - is annoying, 3. I had a list and some things prepared for them so they can have an idea about how I would like the website to be done. I asked if they need a list of how the things I would like to look, the menu, I even added some products so they can have an idea about what products I wanted. Nobody answered that. 4. They added whatever products wanted, some of them are nice, however, I did not wanted tea or anything like this, considering is a home decor theme. But they couldn't know if they didn't request an opinion or any instruction, could they? 5. After waiting one day, finally I had that 'Claim 3 free months pro' subscription, I claimed on Wednesday. On Friday I wanted to have a look to see what they did, a pop-up with that 'claim your free 3 months pro plan' showed up again, I skipped considering that I accepted before (I have the confirmation on email) then I checked the actual subscription plan and the subscription was gone. 6. As you noticed, I've been really patient and waited for them for half a week to do their job, with no pressure, considering the time zone as I am in the UK. 7. I won't be able to ask for a refund as in their policy is written that the money are not refundable. So once you pay, that's it. No services guarantee, no money back if you don't like it. Conclusion? There are no time savers and money savers neither. Save yourself the money, the time and go to a professional company as they are not! So what did I pay for 250$ ? Absolutely nothing! Just a ripped-off time and money! My rating for this app is -20 stars, but Shopify doesn't give that option.

I am always looking for new vendors and an assortment of both unique and quality products to add to my online selection. I am very pleased having added Drop Commerce to my store. The selection is vast ,the descriptions and images are perfect and it was an easy install to Shopify platform. I just signed up yesterday and have already made my first sale which proves to me I made the right decision. I have been drop shipping for about a year and tired of the waiting and wondering what products from other platforms will look like if and once they arrive, this definitely removes that stress. Plus this app allows you to order samples which is a great feature. I would strongly advise adding the Drop Commerce app, plus you get a free trial period so there is nothing to lose. Shipping is fast, tracking numbers are provided all of which leaves your customers pleased and returning to shop again.

I love the fact this app has all of its suppliers sourced from North America. It is huge marketing plus for us. We had a major bug with our store that I thought was not fixable. Thankfully, their customer service was able to resolve the issue. Can't thank you guys enough

This app is good. Different vendors to choose from. Nice products as well. Prices vary and can fit your budget. Check it out! Not a paid promotion.

I waited to write my review because I wanted to be able to give a complete and honest review of all the features. 1. Very user friendly layout and easy to navigate along with easy setup 2. Love that it opens to the dashboard with all of your setup info to be edited and also allows you to create your own branded invoice on the paid plan. 3. I had previously downloaded Oberlo and Spocket but their product selection was not good for the type of items that I wanted to sell. DropCommerce products are top-of-the-line, trendy, and unique items that are sold by vendors in the US or Canada which also equals fast and accurate shipping. 4. Importing products is seamless and you can edit the product's title, description, shipping, pricing, and choose the pictures you want to be downloaded. 5. I received an order and I wasn't sure what to do but this app is so easy to navigate it was a no-brainer. The plan I chose does not Auto fulfill your orders but with a click of a button it is done and you can send the supplier a note if needed. 6. You also have the ability to purchase samples I highly recommend this app. I am very new to dropshipping and so far this app is better than the others plus when I downloaded the app, support reached out to me to see if I had any questions, problems, or suggestions. We spoke for about 15 - 20 minutes and he was very helpful.

hello i worked with dropcommerce and they prebuilt my shop to perfection, and was impressed with their work. with dropcommerce you have a lot of advantage in everything and with suppliers and their good support in everything.

We really loved this APP because allow us to promote, sell, meet others customers and re-sellers and learn more from ecommerce and dropshipping. We tried with another company but it was difficult to ad the products and wait them to approved it: which they never approve our items. With DropCommerce the process was smooth and also SUPER MORE USER FRIENDLY... Thanks DropCommerce... Thanks!

This app is AMAZING!! I have seriously been searching for a dropshipping app like this for so long. I prefer to dropship high quality products from mama owned brands in the USA and with this app I can do that seamlessly. I use to have to go onto the other brands sites and order with a discount code manually and inventory was so hard to stay on track! The customer service is top notch and always get back to you quickly. Thank you for developing this app!
