Amazing app and customer support service! I tried a bunch of other apps before sticking to Filemonk, all of them did not provide the features and plans I need for my website. Filemonk makes it really easy for me to upload files and for my customers to download them directly from their accounts. I love the customization it provides and the unlimited storage amount. Probably the best download app on Shopify. It's very clean and simple, and the customer experience side of things is great. You can link digital products to physical products and make a very unique experience.

I'm using this app in combination with the Buy Button API on an external website, meaning that our original Shopify storefront is disabled. It works perfectly. The developer is very responsive. Thumbs up!

I was really nervous about trying to sell digital downloads and how to do it , but I knew I needed to get my head around it some time as I had craft and other downloads I want to offer in my store , as soon as I appeared to try to use the all, having downloaded it ages ago LOL ..Kartik was there to help and keeping an eye on things , I was nervous as I went through the process but Kartik was so helpful and supportive, love this app and so glad I chose it for my digital items , I well recommend it

I absolutely LOVE this app! I am currently very close to giving birth, and so I won't be able to monitor my store as closely as soon as I'm off to the hospital. Using this app, I have no worries! All of my orders are filled IMMEDIATELY and accurately! It integrates wonderfully with my store, and it's pretty quick and simple to attach the correct files to my new products. My only wish is that there was a way to organize files better in the "attach existing files" window. My products all come separately and then also in bundles, so I list the single products first and then just attach the files to the bundles. I've started naming my files with code numbers at the beginning to find them easily, but I'd love to be able to sort by most recently uploaded or something like that. Otherwise, the app is perfect and I highly recommend!!!

I sell only digital products, so I need something that makes managing and delivering them simple. Filemonk does that!

App is very easy and simple to use. Just drag and drop, even for different product variants. Uploading multiple files for the same product is an added bonus. Kartik has been very helpful with issues I've been having, as well as implementing tools that I though would be useful. Perfect app for what I need and well worth the price!

Simple, straightforward, and reliable! I switched from another app and I vastly prefer Filemonk's interface and templating, plus the developer was super fast and helpful to respond and add a new feature when I needed to recreate existing digital products in the app without emailing all the old customers who had purchases that product previously.

I needed to sell customers .mp3 files as a product. I created the product pages in Shopify then used Digital Downloads - Filemonk to import the product .mp3 file and set up the link between the .mp3 file and the product page. Digital Downloads- Filemonk had all the capability I needed to review the product-mp3 file links and the .mp3 files to be sure every product was linked and links were correct. I had one product linked to two .mp3 files and two duplicate .mp3 files one of which was not linked. It was easy to fix both problems.

Setting up the app and getting things going was super easy, especially for a non-techie like me. Love the customizable emails to customers too. Highly recommend Digital Downloads.

This app makes it so easy to have digital downloads in my shop. I've had zero issues with it, including being able to use discount codes. Would recommend!

great free app at the start however if i had known that this would change to a paid app i may have not used it as the prices are steep and so now ive a lot of hours uploading all my files to now having to find another suitable app or website for my downloads as i cannot justify your prices.
