5 STARS ALL THE WAY BABY!!! THIS APP IS GREAT FOR MY DIGITAL ART. EVEN THE LIVE CHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH KARTIK WAS GREAT. HE ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS INSTANTLY AND HELPED ME FIGURE OUT A FEW THINGS WHILE GETTING STARTED USING FILEMONK. I ALSO LIKE THE ABILITY TO ADD MULTIPLE FILES TO EACH OF MY LISTINGS INSTEAD OF ONLY 1 LIKE OTHER APPS. THE ONLY ISSUE I SEE IS WHEN I LINK A FILE TO MY LISTING AND REFRESH THE BROWSER, THE LISTING SAYS THERE AREN'T ANY FILES LINKED. HOWEVER, WHEN I GO TO THE FILES SECTION,ITS THERE. ITS A BIT CONFUSING. WHEN I CLICK THE LISTING ON THE LEFT, I WANT IT TO SHOW THE FILE CONNECTED ON THE RIGHT; EVEN IF I LEAVE THE PAGE, REFRESH AND COME BACK. OVERALL, ITS A GREAT APP. Filemonk is easy to use for both the seller and the customer. Easy to upload files, attach the product and easy to download from the checkout email. It works as advertised.

I had an issue uploading a large file (7gb) so I contacted the Filemonk support team and they we're extremely helpful and even uploaded the file for me. There aren't many free apps that support that file size so I'm glad I found this one!

This app has everything I need to deliver my digital products to my clients. I do wish it just had a one-off payment though and no limit before it charges more on the downloads. My files are small but If they where bigger this would cost me a lot.

It was free when I got it a few months ago and now it's 3gb free bandwith per month. That's like nothing. Digital Downloads by Shopify gives more and is free. This got paid, we lost functions, so this app goes bye bye

I found this app when looking for a good way to organized our digital product library. I was very impressed with the intuitive interface and how easy it was to set up. So far we have had no issues to note and it has done everything we need.
