This App is a lifesaver. I have struggled with the shopify payout reports for years and always had a difficult time knowing which orders had gift certificates applied, what orders were paid via paypal, cash, etc. Data Export is so helpful and now I get a report to my inbox every day detailing exactly how each transaction's payment was processed. The support is awesome too and very quick to respond. I'd definitely recommend this app.

Brilliant app, period. Best use is being able to chat with a human who will create a report for you, save it to your store for future use. If you have reporting needs, this is IT.

Amazing App. The support is absolutely fantastic. Vincent stayed with me for hours on end to help me perfect it, and I had to do nothing except tell him exactly what I want. I know there are other options out there, however I am just going to keep this app solely because the customer service is fantastic. This is a very flexible app that allows you to easily export customized reports and data export files in a time-saving fashion. Grappling with data extracted from Shopify and generating reports can take a huge amount of time if you don't have this app. With this app and a few clicks of your mouse spent choosing the options you are after, you can get exactly the report you need versus spending time trying to sift-through, reformat and transform data you extract directly from Shopify. For us, we have a need for reports that are human readable and we also extract data from Shopify that we import into our own software outside of Shopify. This app is very useful for both purposes. The support is fantastic. We had a need to export data that currently wasn't supported. We used the message function in the app to let the developer know and in less than 24 hours, they implemented that feature for us.

These people care about their customers and getting their reports right! Within 24 hours of installing this app, John set up a custom report for me for exactly what I needed. Highly recommend this app if you need data exports!

The customer support of this tool is excellent as they always answer to my question quickly and provided the needed support for my report development. The tool is very flexible, and I believe it can do many kind of reports as you required.

Outstanding customer service. They answered me in five minutes and respect all my requests. The application is really great as it allows to generate detailed exports of your shop. Personally I wanted to use it to export my orders with my suppliers, with a specific layout and the application allowed me to do it. Not only does this app have more of the raw data reporting information that I need than other apps, but when they didn't have one element, they added it in for me. They have all of your customer, order, order status and product information you could need to create your own custom reports. Service is great. Product is great. Price is great. I stumbled upon this site due to pricing, review and seeing it might just be what I needed. And it was. The live chat helped easy my anxieties as when you run into issues your brain starts to wander and worry.
