I just installed the app for the free trial and immediately Sam offered me to hep with a report that was the most important to me. While he was preparing my report, I then watched the 6 short video tutorials. They are so well done, not overwhelming at all. I like when it is right to the point. I think this app is going to be so useful for my business growth and it is a very fair price depending on your specific need. For me I think the $10 plan is best and will move up if I feel it's time to do so. But really really happy with the app so far and plan to get the best out of it and I feel the support is going to be amazing.

This app is quite robust and allows for customizable reports that I can add a Pivot table into for staff that need the information but they are not comfortable using Pivot tables. The online chat support was very helpful and I was able to receive real-time help and not have to wait!

Apps works very smoothly. I found all the settings a bit overwhelming but support is terrific and has even done the base configuring for me and quickly responds when i have questions.

We were using another app for several years to build up our reports and were looking to change. We tried several apps and none was as as user friendly as Data Exports knowing that we have shopify stores retrieving information from word press developments and different languages to take into account (trivial but other apps would for instance have issue with French accents or Chinese characters in address field.). To finish I never had such a good customer service. Very personal, as efficient and quick as your next door team member.

I used this app to keep track of lead time and the tags that are assigned to each order to use for analysis and decision making. The help from the team is very quick and useful.

I'm quite old and I worked with tech support for so many things in so many places. From Tier1, very very expensive support, to the cheap one, provided usually in India over the phone, in unintelligible English. The one offered by probably the coder of this app is one of the best I ever received and for sure the best ever for such money. I will keep paying for the app even if I'll stop having use for it. Superb App! I use it to generate outstanding 'Orders to be Made' reports which streamline my whole process. The functionality of this app is mind-boggling and if you have any special requests (as I did) their Technical Team will sort it in jig-time!

EXCELLENT APP! We are a flower shop and are using it on daily basis to run daily order reports for florists, delivery company and and create shipping labels and card notes for the products! The interface is slightly old school, but is relatively easy to figure out! And whenever we have a questions or need report customization we ALWAYS get instant support via chat window FREE of additional charges!

This app has revolutionised our business. The ability to make custom exports in custom formats, times, append data to google sheets etc so all our reporting gets updated without the need of exporting and importing.
