The support team is fantastic—they respond quickly and provide professional assistance whenever needed. We’ve been searching for a design tool for two years, exploring options from India to Vietnam to Poland, but Customily is by far the best we’ve come across. We’ve been using it for a week now, and it has exceeded our expectations. We have no regrets about choosing this app. Of course, there’s always room for improvement, and some functionalities are still missing. However, the good news is that updates are rolled out regularly, which shows their commitment to improving the tool. This app allows multiple options and visual customization for clients to really see what they are ordering! It also has many different organization and layouts for the front end to see. Exellent custimizer & preview app, with outstanding team support. After initially installing, I reached out to support who sent me a myriad of resources and got me setup for a free onboarding zoom call. During this call, I met with Jhofre for over an hour. Although I have my entire site fot in with this app and it's too much to go back now and change it..they charge you for the service..THEN CHARGE YOU AGAIN WHEN THE CUSTOMER USES IT..$1 FOR EVERY SINGLE TRANSACTION PLUS 50/MONTH...WHICH IS OUTRIGHT REDICULOUS..do not use this service without realizing how much they are taking..absolutely insane..the software is very limited in usability to be charging that much

This app is not that good: 1. this app is my second time using it. I looked at it as having a 9 day trial left, but it turned out to be a straight up charge. Not a good way to unsubscribe and get charged. 2. it's not cost effective and the clips in the library are old. Requires you to buy or design clips from somewhere else. 3. the clips in the library in the app cannot be deleted, and after I accidentally deleted them, they can only manually add them one by one. It can't be reset either. I appreciate the efforts of their staff. But it seems like their company is powerless on this issue. 4. even though I paid for it and have only been using it for a couple of days, I can't use it at all due to deletion of libraries. Which means I'm not actually using it at all. I paid the full fee. I had a problem and they couldn't fix it immediately. Doesn't matter Goodbye ...... never again!
