Customily is a great app for Shopify to be up to date with the market trends for customization products. The app has a lot of features, which will require time to learn, but very rapidly it's obvious, how much potential and opportunities it provides for the shop owners and designers. The support team is really amazing, for most of the questions there are already tutorials and solutions within the app, but the team is very patient in steering their users in the right direction or explain it extra if needed. Direct integration with many POD providers is a big plus. Thank you guys!

Customily's set of tools gave us the ability to personalize our products on ALL major platforms allowing our customers to easily get the orders customized and to their shops or homes quickly. This app is quite difficult with many features. But thanks to the development team and the support team, they have supported me a lot to improve my product. My questions are mostly answered quickly. However, sometimes I cannot contact the support team via Chatlive even though it is during business hours. But no problem, the support team is still very friendly and enthusiastic. Thank you to the whole team, hope the team will continue to develop stronger and have more diverse features for sellers.

i coldnt publish a new product . it is just not working!!

I wasted 3 months with this app. We're doing 1000s of orders every month and my assigned contact kept canceling calls on short notice, told me we could solve the things we need to solve and then ended up not responding anymore. I understand if something cannot be solved but just telling someone "we will be able to do it" and letting the person set everything up and then just not responding anymore is super unprofessional. I recommend teeinblue, they work with layers and it's much more straightforward and also they value their customers.

While I wanted to love this app because it is a bit easier than Teeinblue and has similar features, the fact that you still need to hire a Fiverr to help you is still frustrating. It's not simple to use and I am beyound frustrated. Especially when trying to save designs. This should be a BASIC feature. Unfortunately, there is no way to save designs. Even when you do save it, your image and text just disappears, so that if you want to reuse the design on another POD item, you have to redesign the entire thing all over again. Picture doing the same design repeatedly just to place it on 50 different items. It's incredibly frustrating and time consuming. While support was willing to send help docs, it doesn't change the fact that this basic feature doesn't work correctly. The app is also very misleading. They boast that you can use the background remover and cartoonizer features. What they fail to mention, is that you will need to spend hundreds, maybe thousands of dollars more to connect to third party apps to use these features. So these features DON'T actually come with the app as they've listed. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for another product personalizer.

Setting up customization options is straightforward, even if you’re not tech-savvy. The app integrates beautifully with my existing products, making the entire process smooth.

Very nice app to use for customize, but i wish it was allowing customer to upload their pictures instead of cartoon , but i am happy with the app, it is easy to use, design and custom. I had to cancel my subscription because i ca not afford the price is too high.

I have a very unique product that I offer and Jose from the customily team was able to help me and spend tons of time making sure that my product was set up exactly the way I envisioned it. He made videos to help walk me through updating the features in the future and was SO helpful in making sure my products were exactly what I needed. The customer support team is so helpful!

Once you learn how to use this program it's not that difficult and you'll be happy that you took the time to figure out how to use it. There is a learning curve but I have had nothing but great interaction with their representatives. My questions have all been answered quickly and with patience I sometimes didn't deserve with the silly questions I might be asking. If you want to customize products, this is the way to go. Once you set it up, you're done. Give it a try. I don't think you'll regret it.

Awesome Sauce!!! This app was like finding GOLD! Love it because the possibilities are pretty much endless. Also, the customer service support team does a great job. They are always willing to help and even share extra tips. Highly recommend trying them out.

The app is great and has a lot of potential. It is quite complex to use and requires a lot of time to get familiar with, which is understandable given its many features. This app needs good and active customer service that is easily accessible. Unfortunately, my experiences with technical support have been poor. I have had several instances where I waited several days for a response to a simple question, and it feels like they are impossible to reach and uninterested in helping. This is a shame because the app itself is good, but the complex features require customer support that is readily available and willing to help.

Love this app . its very powerful and not easy at first, but the team is great and always ready to help , when creating designs or playing with templates i just wish there was a bit more details on what does what , but so far i love what this app can do and priovide.

Thank you for creating this app. I am new and just learning how to use it. The Youtube videos are great. The Live sessions are very informative. I needed more understanding about the app than the support person could convey to me, so they set me up for a live one on one training call. That call was Awesome. Plenty of help available if you need it. I am glad I choose to use this app and highly recommend it.

Although there is a huge learning curve for this app, and it's a bit pricey, the customer support is second to none! They go above and beyond to help me 'fix' my designs, which I almost always have to do. I also think the graphics and capabilities far surpass other customization apps. I appreciate having a weekly live class to attend and rely heavily on the YouTube replays.
