Sorry Bold - but until you can make this paid app work properly only one * for you! I have always been very supportive of the Bold team and their apps, as they have been responsive and generally pleasant to work with. However after rewiring my whole store to accept GBP and EUR through Bold Cashier i needed this app to do quantity discounting. I'm sorry to say it just does not work and I have been waiting for over a month now for the discounting to work across a collection. I can't go back and now need to manually adjust incoming orders which is horrible.

Raphael did a great job installing the Bold Custom Pricing App! Everything works and I'm very happy. I really can't say enough good things about the Bold Team - they are consistantly amazingly helpful!

We chose this App because it is the only one available that let us set custom price breaks for specific products. Unfortunately, our Theme caused some issues with the App. We reached out to their Live Chat and got Elisha who was very helpful in explaining what was happening and that they could fix it; he was very attentive and understanding to our situation. He put us in touch with Guri who provided personal attention to our situation by working with the code team and myself to get it fixed. At one point I was a bit confused by something and he called me directly to walk me through everything. His associate, Kirtana, made some additional specific code changes so that everything would not only function as expected but also display as we desired. We appreciate the attentive technical support the entire team provided. We are thrilled with this App and look forward to using it on all of our Shopify sites! Took me three days to get the answers I needed but finally found it. I think some of the support team need to read the queries more diligently rather than just sending a link to after a cursory glance. Rajni keep on task with me and we finally reached the right info... Im going to try it and hopefully it will meet my wildest dreams and expectations :P

This app is very helpful, especially if not only you need a % discount base but a fixed discount base pricing. Also the chat support rep Rajni Harpreet was very helpful and quick answering all my doubts!!

Support is a joke. I can code better than these guys and they take forever....never trusting BOLD again

Support was amazing! The initial install was easy but we needed some tweaks for the specific design theme we have and the support rep we had was so quick and helped get everything up and running.

I installed this app and it helped my average order value to increase from £22 to £28. However, it stopped working every couple of days and was very inconvenient for me and I am not 100% sure but this constant theme change may have affected my Facebook ad optimization. It is a shame because the possibility of the app was amazing.

The app is good, customer support poor. They are not easy to get hold of when something goes wrong. and app has glitches and no one there to answer emails
