The best customer service around, Bhumi is an A++++. I've bothered her many 20 times lol but she always come through and is very fast and efficient, the best!

The app is really easy to use and helped us to allow wholesale customers to see the same customized front end. Online chat is super quick and useful in getting our questions answered. Thank you Chintan for your help!

Really great app! Very easy to set up tiered pricing at a percentage off or a fixed price (which is what we use). The Bold team had to manually install the liquid code for us because our theme is more complex but they work tirelessly to get it functioning for us and we're happy with the outcome! Especially want to thank Rajni for her excellent customer service with helping us get this app installed and working properly for us! I definitely recommend the app if you'd like to offer a tier discount to different wholesale levels.

The app seemed pretty straightforward and it worked as expected, but I probably messed up at the initial setup process because some errors just had to pop up along the way. Fortunately, I came across Jennifer from the support team and she was SPLENDID! Just can't say enough great things about her. She escalated my concerns speedily which eventually led to a quick resolution. But aside from that, her interpersonal skills were impeccable. The customer service experience was a rarity in the best of ways. If it was possible to choose a chat personnel, I'd definitely default to Jennifer. lol But if everyone from Bold Apps were as marvelous as her, then that means all the best for people who support their apps. :)

Today I received help from Simran and app specialist Parminder. They did a great job with helping me change the color scheme of my Quantity Break Grid. It now looks exactly how I wanted it! I'm really liking Bold Custom Pricing the support staff!

We added this app to Shopify to provide our best customers with additional discounts. Unfortunately the app stopped functioning properly. Without a request, it looks like Bold Support logged into our website, created custom orders, but nothing was communicated. Called Support, waited for 15 minutes and then robot told me to call back later. Support contacted me very quickly to help resolve the issue. Will update once issue is resolved.

We use Bold Custom pricing to make different prices for products on our page and it works great! Rahul helped make it all possible and the whole Bold team is very knowledgable and excellent to work with! You should use Bold if you need to come up with different pricing tiers.

I was so lost. I wanted Quantity breaks. You seemed to have removed the ability to get the standalone app anymore and because of this I was so lost. However your live chat op REGINA helped me out and seriously solved all my issues so quickly. Thank you REGINA you ledge! I appreciate great customer service. And the bundled app is easy to understand once it was explained to me. Quick tip for Bold, maybe a small disclaimer about this new bundled app you have so that we don't get lost using it...as I am rarely disoriented in a tech app....that's saying something to me that you need more instructions about how to get JUST Quantity breaks within this new setup. REGINA you are a lifesaver.

The Bold Custom Pricing app makes pricing our wholesale products simple. Would recommend this app for anyone looking to create "tiered" pricing models using customer tags. Also, their customer service is excellent and is super responsive.

Cody was very helpful. The concerns I had were solved very promptly by Cody. I haven't used the app yet but cody was very helpful. Guri too Wrong - They forced me to say this and never even helped me in the end.

looks like an easy app to use. cody was a big help with me helping figure out some small issues we were having. just getting it launched today and looking forward to helping our customers make purchases with more incentives!

Today I had an issue with the Custom Pricing App, in particular the Detailed Pricing page was not working for me the way that it had previously. I did an online chat with Simran and he was able to replicate my issue with the help of Guri and they fixed my problem in no time. I am now able to get on with my price changes and adding new product. Thank you so much, great work!

I'm still figuring this app out, but with the help of the team, especially Parminder I was provided a step-by-step explanation with quick responses. I trust that we are being taken care of.

The app works pretty well. I love their customer service. They are pretty fast to respond. Recently I had an issue with the app due to my theme upgrades. However, Brenda, she took care of it, and I am happy. Thank you for your help, Brenda!

I use this app for bulk discounts and it works so great. Honestly, I have had several problems because the code from previous apps made this app work badly, but I contacted the costumer service and they helped me a lot! And, they were very fast fixing the errors in my web regarding this bulk discount. I want to say thank yo to Bhumi, the person who helped me with all my problems, as there were many hahaha

This app helped me achieve precisely what I needed as a new business, but more importantly, the customer service was extremely helpful, particularly in setting things up. They integrated with my website quickly and efficiently, and their support team members, including but not limited to efficient and personable reps like Brenden, Jennifer and Nir, knew what they were doing and worked quickly. For a guy like me who is all too new to Shopfiy and liquid coding in general, it made a huge difference.
