As a data and feature junkie, this is pretty streamlined. Might wish for a few more customizations, but their customer service is awesome, they helped my troglodyte ass set the thing up, batted about Matrix references, and after they got it working properly for me, it took me only a couple of hours to set up custom cross product recommendations for 150 items. You won't be disappointed in this app, and I'm sure if I understood coding, I would like it even more. It's, like, 4 3/4 stars rounded up, not flawless, but it does it job really well.

I love this App - It is versatile and easy to use. If you need help the developers get back to you quickly to assist and encourage you to stay in touch if there's anything you need to know at all. Jane

It was 10am in Melbourne Australia, and I had a new product that was having a viral moment. Orders were coming in thick and fast, but I realised that I was missing out on a whole bunch of cross sell opportunities! I installed the app, but couldn't figure out how to get it to show up on the product page. I emailed support in the UK (it was 1am there), and said "URGENT please help! Product going crazy and urgently need an install." I wasn't expecting a response quickly, after all it was 1am in the UK - but within 15 minutes Stuart got back to me, got himself out of bed at 1am and help me install the app AND ensured it was displaying on check out. Never experienced such amazing customer service and support. If you're going to install a cross sell app - use this one! :) It's amazing and customer support is MINT!

Works Great. Hasn't really helped us increase sales but the opportunity is there and hopefully will help increase our sales.

I highly recommend working with Stuart. The app works well. Stuart noted a problem with the way our product handles were set up. Once I fixed it he completed the Cross-Sell installation right away. Update: June 3, 2016. The app is still working great. It is so easy to use.

Great app - simple to use and gives you complete control over which cross-sell products are shown on individual product pages.Can be a bit laborious setting up cross-sell options for hundreds of products but that is the price to pay for the flexibility the app offers. Recommended

Installed yesterday. Fast response from Cross-Sell team (yay to Stuart) to install the app. Started using it and it is easy to use and looks great. Haven't delved too deep in its functionality yet but so far I am very happy.
