This app really extends our Shopify store into a much more useful shopping destination. Stuart is very quick to respond to requests for help and does a great job. I high recommend this app.

Just got finished with the onboarding process the the Cross-Sell team integrated the app beautifully to my website, www.shopgamedayglam.com I am also excited because they just implemented the new Smart Cart functionality. This was something I was very concerned about because I am rolling out my jewelry to more Universities and I would hate for them to get cart recommendations for a rival school, not very effective! This improvement is HUGE! Thank you!!

I've tried a lot of Shopify apps recently. This one was the best onboarding experience. Effortless install, quick custom styling to match our shop and the support has been personal and speedy. The team is very responsive to feature suggestions. Very good value for the price.

Update 7/11/16 - This team still delivers. We had an issue arise when working with the Quantity Break App featured by BOLD. Very quickly and correct on the first try, Cross-Sell helped us with a fix. Thank you guys! Excellent service with needing assistance to customize the look of the app (at no cost). We get to see the beauty of the app, before committing to it. It fits well into our theme and I couldn't be happier with the response and care taken to gain us as a customer. I highly recommend reaching out to Stuart for customization questions. He certainly delivers. :)

I'm still a tiny bit in shock at how perfectly and quickly our installation of Cross-Sell went. We took advantage of their free installation and Stuart installed it to our custom site incredibly fast and perfectly. Not only that, he offered to write code that allows us to still show our default related products function as we transition to adding products through Cross-Sell. Finally, he made us aware of an option to add cross sell products to our shopping cart and then installed it for us. Truly one of the best customer service experiences we've had EVER.

Had a few questions getting set up and Cross-Sell helped our right away! We are up and running and love the idea of targeted items. The app is well priced and easy to get going. A request is to be able to set default cross sells by category or tags.

Great app. Perfect to hand select related / corresponding products. Improved our conversions and adds the amazon / wayfair-esque qualities to our product pages we were looking for. We had some customizations we wanted to implement and the support staff quickly coded in exactly what we were looking for. I highly recommend this app!

Great app that helps you add and choose your cross-sells for each and every product in your store. Simple UI but highly effective. If you want to increase your profitability of your store in a few minutes, install Cross-Sell. You'll be happy you've done it.

As a data and feature junkie, this is pretty streamlined. Might wish for a few more customizations, but their customer service is awesome, they helped my troglodyte ass set the thing up, batted about Matrix references, and after they got it working properly for me, it took me only a couple of hours to set up custom cross product recommendations for 150 items. You won't be disappointed in this app, and I'm sure if I understood coding, I would like it even more. It's, like, 4 3/4 stars rounded up, not flawless, but it does it job really well.

I love this App - It is versatile and easy to use. If you need help the developers get back to you quickly to assist and encourage you to stay in touch if there's anything you need to know at all. Jane

It was 10am in Melbourne Australia, and I had a new product that was having a viral moment. Orders were coming in thick and fast, but I realised that I was missing out on a whole bunch of cross sell opportunities! I installed the app, but couldn't figure out how to get it to show up on the product page. I emailed support in the UK (it was 1am there), and said "URGENT please help! Product going crazy and urgently need an install." I wasn't expecting a response quickly, after all it was 1am in the UK - but within 15 minutes Stuart got back to me, got himself out of bed at 1am and help me install the app AND ensured it was displaying on check out. Never experienced such amazing customer service and support. If you're going to install a cross sell app - use this one! :) It's amazing and customer support is MINT!

Works Great. Hasn't really helped us increase sales but the opportunity is there and hopefully will help increase our sales.
