I have just added Cross-Sell to my site and I am thrilled so far!. The functionality is great and it is easy to use. Stuart at Cross Sell integrated the system into my Shopify store in a matter of just a few hours after I installed the App and answered all of my questions right away. This was all on a weekend so I never expected this kind of service and support. Great company and great App at a reasonable price! Thank you Stuart!

First off, the support is phenomenal! I have never come across an app developer willing to help to the extent that Cross-Sell does. The app is extremely well thought out. The dashboard and user interface is very intuitive. was up and running very quickly and I feel that the Cross-Sell app gives a highly polished look and feel to the site. Cross-Sell truly makes the eCommerce experience feel big league.

App works very well and allows cross-sell customization for any product. Support is attentive and quick. Good product and experience.

Fantastic. Exactly what I have been needing for my store. The ability to hand pick cross sell items. Love it. Very easy to use and the support is super speedy. A small monthly fee, but worth it.

Great app, the developers patiently followed my customization demands, and when I migrated shops they copied over all 62 cross-sells to my new store so that I wouldn't have to do it again manually. Looking forward to continuing to work with this app. A nice bonus of the app is that you can enter the product cross-sells once and the app will offer the cross-sells both on the Product page and at Checkout. This it great because two functions are done in one app, you don't have to set up cross-sells in two different apps, saves you time if you have a lot of SKUs.

Top notch customer service. Easy to install and set up, but Stuart and the team take it one step further; they modify the way the recommendations display to match your store's theme. They even apologised to me for not being able to make the modification overnight - way quicker than expected! The app is responsive so if a recommended product sells out, it won't be displayed. You have the option to suggest 7 recommendations where only 4 may be initially displayed to accommodate this. This app requires some thought and work on the part of the store manager, which can be significant if you have a lot of products - recommendations are created by you, not an algorithm. Algorithms are fine for some products, but for things like clothing, which we sell, recommending cross sells needs a human touch to identify items that match well, come in corresponding sizes etc. Algorithms tend to simply choose products from the same vendor or same upload date, which for clothing, often don't go together well. It will take a few weeks for us to set up all the recommendations, but I think it will be well worth it. One thing that would make this initial work much easier would be a button to make recommendations reciprocal i.e. if a top goes with a certain pair of trousers, you can click to make it a 2 way recommendation, rather than having to separately set up a recommendation from top to trousers and vice versa.

This is an amazing App .. easy to use ... Stuart is brilliant to deal with. I contacted him to for some customisation, and he did it within an hour or two of me sending the mail. The app was easy to install, but the Cross-Sells in the footer of the site didn't look good or match with the theme. I wasn't excited to spend a bunch of time in CSS to get the items to look good, so I took the app creators up on their offer to customize for free. The service was awesome! They responded within 24 hours with the code I needed to make the cross sell products display nicely. I'm very pleased with the service and the app, and I'm excited to see how it impacts our sales.

I am very happy with the look and functionality of this app. Turns out, with my Brooklyn theme the Cart cross-sells do not work with the slide-in or pop-up option. In order to make these work in Brooklyn, you must select the "page" option for cart settings. Not a big deal to me. Stuart was lightning quick to address my inquiry on the matter and also customized my product cross-sells to be center aligned. I highly recommend this app for functionality and customer service. This app is exactly what I was looking for with the added bonus that it is extremely easy to set up and use.
