This app does exactly what it's supposed to do, and I have no complaints. I specifically am happy about their support. We requested customizations (adding Product Name + Price copy under the cross-sell products at checkout), and their support team responded in less than an hour and was able to help make the updates. They also proactively offered to make other functionality upgrades based on new offerings. We've been very happy with the Cross-Sell app and I would highly recommend.

Five stars! This is my second website using Cross-Sell and it couldn't be easier. They even offer free setup with a personal contact to walk you through any questions you may have. But you won't have questions since the app is super intuitive and fast. I was able to add cross-sells for 80 products in about 20 minutes. This app can't be beat for product recommendations. Cheers!

I just got the app yesterday and it is exactly what I had been looking for, for some time! t is the perfect app, easy to use, to recommend related/matching products. The back up and support I got to have it installed was fast, efficient, faultless and very professional. A definite app to have if you want to push customers to buy extra products!

A lot of Shopify themes include related products but this app gives you the ability to hand pick the products for more control. Customer service is great, I asked a question to change the HTML a bit to match the branding and they answered and fixed very quickly, within 24 hours! Definitely worth the $7 a month.

Even during your trial they will help you with set up and customize their app according to your theme. Great service, great product, and great price! Thank you!

I would give this app 10 stars if I could. The new reciprocal feature is awesome and allows linking groups of products seamlessly together in one foul swoop.. Excellent support too.. They effortlessly constructed the banner to match my theme and it has transformed my website... this app is a must for growing the number of products in your basket... Love IT !!
