I recently had an issue with the Consentmo app regarding the timing of the cookie pop-up display. I wanted to add a delay before the pop-up appeared, I was fortunate to be assisted by Zeus. Zeus was incredibly helpful and guided me step-by-step through the process of adding a delay, making sure everything was set up exactly the way I wanted. The support was fast, friendly, and efficient — exactly what you hope for when you're dealing with a technical issue. The Consentmo app itself is fantastic, and this new feature has made my experience even better. We recently switched to Consentmo GDPR because the app's range of functions (especially the ai cookie scan) was far superior to our previous tool. You can find more information about the features in the appstore. From a customer perspective, my assessment of the support might be much more relevant for other companies. My support experience so far, especially with Georgi, has been incredibly positive. The support is extremely available, friendly and, above all, goal-oriented. For us, Consentmo GDPR is the gold standard for Shopify.
