Classic British Spares I have been using "Conversio" (now Campaign Monitor) for many, many years There platform and service has done my company extremely well! It's worth every penny... very powerful app, highly recommended!

We have been using this app for a few months now and so far so good. Easy to use and reasonable pricing. Integrates fully with our Shopify store. And they also honored our MailChimp pricing for 12 months when we switched over because MailChimp no longer integrates with Shopify. Definitely recommend this app to anyone needing email marketing tools.

I have never had to worry about email automation since setting this up. It delivers without fail. Every time.

Love this app. Love the receipt options it gives me! I cant wait to use this app for my store here on Shopify. I also received great customer service and they were quick to help me as long as I was patient over the weekend. I understand people need weekends off too. This is pretty much all in one - not bad. It was pretty quick to set up and allows me to send emails - that's basically what I was looking for.

I use this with the other apps where I try to get more emails and get customers to come back. it's pretty easy to use once you set it up.

I just set this up and I am collecting emails and want to make sure I can use them to get more sales.

Worst app we've ever used. Been with them since the start of our store - 3+ years ago and their prices keep increasing and increasing especially when their management decided to make the plan based on # of customers we have on our store, versus the usage of the app which is completely ridiculous and extortionist. Plan went from $49 - $99 (decent for receipts and some followups) to over $350 at the time we deleted them off. Not to mention the fact that they removed all free plans and with every move, no notice to us or probably any other customer. Stay far away if your looking for receipts and followups, tons of alternative companies that aren't shady.
